Very comfortable room and located in a very interesting location
Fijne grote kamer met een fantastisch groot bed. Heerlijk geslapen. Vriendelijk personeel en ideale ligging.
Daar er overal in Nairobi gebouwd wordt is dat ook in de buurt van het hotel het geval. Dit is al vroeg hoorbaar. In de avond / nacht ook veel lawaai in het weekend door uitgaansgelegenheden.

Location is great - In Westlands, close to the Expressway and a very short walk walk away from one of the most happening streets of Nairobi nightlife - Woodvale Grv.
The rooms are on relatively higher floors, so the view out is great, especially there aren't very tall buildings very close to the hotel - yet. The open view of Westlands area is very good.
There is an Indian restaurant, Barbeque Nation - unrelated to the hotel, on the ground floor of the building which was very convenient for me to get vegetarian Indian food at any time, though it's a bit overpriced for what it is.
Housekeeping and cleanliness is acceptable.
It's not structured like a typical hotel - it is spread over 3 floors of a tall building. The three hotel floors themselves are not even a closed system by itself. They can be accessed individually like any other floor of the building.
The vegetarian spread at breakfast is way too limited. They also do not respect the need to keep the vegetarian food separate from the meats. I would not recommend the breakfast to a strict vegetarian.
Great location - close to two shopping malls, not far from airport and quick drive from most of the tourist attractions (like giraffe center, karen blixen museum or karura), staff very friendly and helpful! Place was clean and breakfast was also really nice :)

Spacios room for 3 adults
We had a nice stay at The Crossroads Hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for getting around. Overall, a good and comfortable place to stay.
The area around the hotel felt a little dark in the evenings, so we mostly used taxis to get around. It would also be nice to have a few more things to do at the hotel, maybe a small game room or some activities. Nothing major, just something that could make the stay a little more enjoyable.
We couldn’t sleep because of the night club’s noise!
The curtains were very dusty.
The bathroom was very small
It is not a hotel, it is just a room in the shopping center!

La habitación era amplia. La ubicacion era buena. El desayuno estaba bien pero no había mucha variedad.
El personal de recepción era amable, pero el del desayuno no.
La limpieza puede ser mucho mejor.
