Quiet location good breakfast
Rooms small
Good location in one of the best areas of Nairobi. Comfortable room with all the amenities. Very good breakfast and polite staff. We highly appreciated that even though breakfast hours hadn't officially started, they offered us whatever was ready because we had a very early departure.
Nothing major to complain about, but there was a relative delay when ordering lunch, which took much longer than expected.
Their Customer service was on point

Location and cleanliness
Hand shower was not available
Wonderful staff which helped us with reservations and flight check in, comfortable beds/pillows, clean. Ordered dinner in the bar and it took forever and was cold when it arrived. Breakfast was a buffet with room temp food. There's a restaurant on street level that may be better dinner option.
Good has good flavor but not served warm as would be expected for burgers and stir fry

Lo que más me gustó, a parte de la limpieza de todo (tanto la habitación como el baño) y la comodidad del cuarto, fue el trato y la profesionalidad de la señora de la recepción. Ha sido muy atenta, nos ha ayuda mucho y ha estado siempre disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitaramos. Para quien se quede en Nairobi, este es el sitio para quedarse, a parte de estar bien ubicado!
Había muchas obras por toda la calle, mucho ruido y no hemos podido descansar muy bien.
The room was spacious. The staff were courteous. And close to the city.
The hotel begins from the 5th floor of the building. So it is a little confusing to find it in the beginning.

It is very noisy. There is construction right in front of the hotel, and bars on the next street with music till 5am. In the night area is sketchy
great location, very considerate staff, allowed us to take breakfast items before it was open due to our early safari start that day. very nice and clean rooms. Helped with any question or issue. call you when your Safari guide arrives to the reception if you are not there. many food options for breakfast hot and cold.
