Pros:

We used this hotel 3 x as a hub for Kenya/Tanzania expedition. It was a perfect decision.
Pros:

Very good location close to shops, restaurants, National Museum etc. Close to both airports, and relatively close to Nairobi NP.
Good breakfast. Good Hotel restaurants.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Safe neighbourhood.

Great location for driving.
Pros:

Large room with sitting area and a divan plus kitchen facilities. Large comfortable bed and air conditioning

Great stay with helpful staff and excellent breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good and convenient location. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options.

What I appreciated most was the flexibility of the staff. My flight was cancelled and I originally couldn’t arrive on my booked dates, but the hotel kindly helped me change my reservation so I could stay later. That level of understanding and cooperation made a big difference to my trip.

Cons:

On my last day I requested a late checkout until 5pm, but I was charged half the room rate for those extra hours, which felt quite expensive. A more flexible or reduced late-checkout fee would have made the experience perfect.
