Hotel is brand new, located in the pure nature.
Staff was pleasant and professional, willing to help at any time. Food was superb, with reasonable number of options, also for vegetarians. Choice for food was normal, very carefully chosen and prepared. I prefer that approach rather than plenty of options but pour prepared. Rooms were clean and brand new, our room was with the view on the pool which was actually very nice. Good beds, mattresses maybe too soft for me, but okay.
Finally, this is the best spa I have ever been, very good choice of facilities for sure, clean and not crowded. You don't need to wait for your turn to enter any of the facilities - sauna is big with great view, there are two pools - indoor and outdoor, but warm, which was especially good because I can not stand cold water.
Check out was fast and lean.
Not sure why they didn't make up our room and didn't change towels. Maybe I missed some info as this is very strange for the 5 star hotel.
They brought us water, but didn't touch anything else.

Sok vendég ellenére nem éreztem, hogy tumultus lenne. Feleségemnek hiányzott egy úszómedence.
A sotétszürke falak lehangolóak, sötétek a helyiségek e miatt. A szálloda külső megjelenése is inkább egy ravatalozóra, vagy egy atomtámadás utáni állapotra emlékeztettek. A második emeleten a lift melleti kép a falon nagyon lehangoló, még a romokat is látni véltem.
Nem volt egy társalgó, ahol kártyázni, beszélgetni lehetne, a kávézó sötét és a zene hangos volt ehhez.
