Nagyon szép szálloda! Gyönyörű szobánk volt, szép kilátással. A fürdő / szauna / kinti-benti medencék mind-mind kiválló! A vacsora és a reggeli is nagyon finom. Biztos visszajövünk még!
Tokaj szivében azt gondoltam kitünő borok lesznek a szállodában… de ez nem így volt! A borok nagyon gyenge minőségüek voltak. Nem is fogyasztottunk. Erre sokkal nagyobb gondot kellene fordítani! Egy ilyen színvonalas szállodában ez még akkor sem fordulhat elő, ha nem Tokaj közepén van!
The property is clean and located in a nice area of Tokaj. The rooms are very spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The quality of the food was okay, but not amazing for this type of hotel. The Wine selection is good and as expected for the location.
The food quality is below average for the buffet dinner and breakfast. This is not a criticism of the variety of the food, but the quality of the ingredients and produce is not what you would expect from such a hotel and this price range. The staff are helpful, but on booking I had requested extended checkout, and the hotel never acknowledged this. On check-in, when I asked about my query, they said that it was not possible at that time and apologised for missing the request. However, I was told I could check out at 12 and take advantage of the pool and spa area, complimentary for the day. However, on the day of checkout, I was told that using the spa and pool after 12 pm incurs an additional 10,000 HUF charge!!! In general, I think the hotel is way overpriced for the quality of the experience.

Csodás volt a reggeli és a vacsora, külön említést érdemelnek a kérés nélkül kikészített gluténmentes péksütemények. A személyzet nagyon figyelmes volt, a kutyusunkat láthatóan szívesen fogadták és meglepetéssel várták. A nagyon profi és kedves recepciós hölgy még azt is felajánlotta, hogy ha a kutyus nem szívesen marad egyedül a szobában, a bárban is teríthetnek nekünk, ahová a kutyus is jöhet. Bár erre nem volt szükség, jól esett a figyelmesség. A szoba tágas volt, a térítésmentesen bekészített - és utántölthető - szűrt víz, amelyből szénsavas változatot is lehetett kérni, egy nagyon kedves gesztus, köszönjük. A hotel új, és teljesen az azt körülölelő természetbe illeszkedik. Nagyon élveztük a csendet, és a madarak csicsergését, távol a megszokott városi zajoktól. A külső élménymedencében ülve az ember gyakorlatilag egy erdő közepén érezhette magát.
