Az egész tartózkodásunk egy különleges élmény volt. Látszik, hogy a szállást hozzáértő kezek menedzselik, az alkalmazottak lelkesek, fiatalok, mosolygósak és mindenki azon dolgozik, hogy a vendégélmény maximális legyen.
Az étterem A la carte menüje elképesztő, a fogásokkal maximálisan elégedettek voltunk.
A design és a diszkréció tökéletes harmóniája ez az épület. A szálláshely számomra Magyarországi viszonylatban közelíti a vendéglátás csúcsát.
Biztosan visszatérünk majd.
Tetszett az enchilada vacsoránál.
Jó a szoba elrendezése, megfelelő felszereltségű. Szép a kilátás a szobából.
Csend volt , a szomszéd szobából nem hallatszott át semmi.
Sokáig van nyitva a wellness részleg, ami nagyon rugalmassá teszi a vacsorázni lehetőségeket is .
A személyzet segítőkész és nagyon kedves.
A lazúrozott finn szauna nem túl egészséges sem a vendégnek sem a szaunamestereknek. A szaunamesterek szakmai tudásán van még mit fejleszteni és az illóolajok sem a legminőségibbek, mivel csípték a vendégek szemét, bár ezt a lazúrgőz is okozhatta.
A vacsora alatti kellemes zene, inkább átcsapott karaoke estbe legalábbis az énekes nem volt a legtehetségesebb, szívesebben élveztük volna a vacsorát csendben.
Különleges, kényelmes a berendezés, a szobák hangulata. nagyon tetszett. a személyzet kedves, jó a wellness,, legjobban a kültéri jakuzzi illetve a kényelmes pihenőhelyek tetszettek. Az ételek nagyon finomak,Az italválaszték is kiváló
Délután a wellness zsúfolt volt, mely a tökéletes pihenés élményét kissé rontotta, de ez nem a szálloda hibája. Jó lenne ha esti szórakozási lehetőség volna, (játékterem, bowling stb) a bár férőhelyeinek száma limitált
Very comfortable and very calm location near the wineries. Excellent wellness zone with outside and inside pools, hammam and sauna.
The room was very interesting, very unique design. The room was more then clean and accurate.
Breakfasts and dinners were on the high level. Everything was very tasty and all the time different dishes.
The staff was very polite, very friendly and professional in all ways.
The room temperature was +25 (on the thermostat) but in our own opinion (subjectively) it felt colder.
