Pros:

A szálloda kialakítása, a szoba, és az ágy ali nagyon kényelmes volt. A személyzet kiemelkedően kedves volt.

Absolutely exceptional — a beautiful, relaxing hotel with an amazing spa, delicious food, and outstanding service.

Absolutely loved this hotel and already want to come back.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt elegant, luxurious and incredibly well thought out. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, the room was beautiful and had everything we needed, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was very calm and relaxing.

The spa was the highlight for me. It’s beautiful, spacious and has many different areas and sauna experiences. We also joined two guided sauna programs, which were included in the stay, and even though I’m usually not a big fan of saunas, I absolutely loved them.

The food was another big surprise — easily one of the best hotel buffets I’ve ever had. Great variety, excellent quality and everything was delicious.

What I loved most was how relaxed I felt there. After just a few days, I felt completely recharged, both physically and mentally.

A truly special place. I would happily return every year. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Breakfast and room service was excellent, the room spacious, well equipped, clean and away from noises. The sauna inside the room gave the stay an added bonus.

Cons:

There was not much negative to say about the place, only had a bit of a technical issue when i open the balcony door, the door could not close. Called reception and they quickly sent up a staff member who fixed the issue in no time.
