Pros:

גן עדן לילדים עם מספר בריכות, מגלשות, ג'ימבורי ומתקנים.

Cons:

מלון לא מומלץ לישראלים! לא ליפול למלכודת של משפיעניות! ממש לא שווה את המחיר ובטח לא ברמה של חמישה כוכבים.
האוכל החדר האוכל מזעזע, לא מותאם לחיך ישראלית למרות שלפחות חצי מאורחי המלון ישראלים. אכלנו כל השבוע שניצלונים ופסטה של ילדים בערב ואנחנו לא מהבררנים. האוכל המסעדה של הבריכה סביר מינוס במחיר של מלון ב- ישראל.
שירות גרוע - ביקשנו להחליף מצעים בגלל שהילד הקיא עליהם, תמיד מסתכלים עליך בפרצוף כאילו מישהו עושה לך טובה וביקשו מאיתנו לשלם 40 יורו כי המדיניות היא אקו פרינדלי ומחליפים רק כל ארבעה ימים...
מקבלים חצי ליטר מים מהברז בבקבוק זכוכית, ככה שחייבים לקנות מים במחיר מופקע ורק בבקבוקי זכוכית, או למלא מהברז. מנצלים את זה שאין קיוסק ברחק הליכה.
אין בריסטה בחדר האוכל, רק מכונות עם קפה מגעיל. רוצה קפה טוב? תשלם 23 שקל בבר.
רוצה קולה ? תשלם 15 שקל על בקבוק של 400 מ"ל.
הספא לא מתפקד, אין שם אף אחד, אם רוצים להזמין מסאג' , אמרו לנו להזמין דרך האתר. כנראה שמקפיצים מישהו במיוחד.
חדר כושר מביך.
חדר קטן וצפוף עם דלתות סלייד בשירותים והמקלחת שהילד פותח כל הזמן.
ציפינו שיהיו הפעלות לילדים, בפועל לא ראינו כלום במהלך השבוע שהיינו במלון חוץ מבנאדם עייף לבוש בבובת חתול.
במחיר של 2200 שקל ללילה קיבלנו חדר עם נוף לחניון...
לא שווה חצי מהמחיר, ולא נחזור שוב למרות שהילד נהנה, כנראה שיהנה גם במלון עם חצי מהמתקנים אבל לפחות שיהיה מותאם גם למבוגרים ככה שגם אנחנו נוכל להינות. דעתי משקפת את דעתם של רבים מהאורחים הישראלים שדיברנו איתם. כולם התבאסו מאד.

Pros:

Közvetlenül a Balaton partján helyezkedik el parkolóhelyekkel. A gyerekbirodalom lenyűgöző, az éttermi választék remek. Nüansznyi apróságok voltak csak zavarók, de összességéban gyerekkel remek hely.

Cons:

Nem láttam sehol, hogy nemcsak gyerekbarát, hanem kisállatbarát a hely, és megérkezésünkkor a szomszéd szobában egyedül hagyott éles hangú kiskutya egyfolytában ugatott, nem volt másik szabad szoba, így aggodalommal vártuk az éjszakát, mely végül szerencsére zavartalanul telt, de azért az fontos infó, hogy ez megtörténhet itt :)

Pros:

Jedná se o moc pěkný hotel v pěkné lokalitě. Je zde vynikající vyžití pro děti.

Cons:

Hotel je hodně drahý a myslím si, že cena neodpovídá nabízenému standardu. Velké výhrady jsme měli k servisu v restauraci Tico, která se nachází ve vodním světě. Dlouhé čekání, neprofesionalita, a k tomu všemu automatický účtován couvert 15%.

סה"כ נקי, הבריכןת היו טובות, האוכל היה סביר , המון דגש על הילדים.

Cons:

המון ברחשים/ חרקים מעופפים בכל חלקי המלון/חוך, אין פעילות בערב. מיקום מבודד. מים מאוד רדודים באגם, ליד המלון.

Excellent for children, although it requires a lot of improvement to correspond to presented level
Pros:

It is a beautiful family resort with extraordinary content for kids (even better than expected). Room was OK (they were thinking on lot of cute details for kids, but should also think on periodical exchange of the same, i.e, our kid wanted to use the hotel potty but it was broken). Outdoor park is also great, but spider webs are everywhere, which prevents you from using the same. Food was excellent, playhouse and pools were perfect, although both days there were birthday celebrations within the cafe in playhouse, so parents could not drink a coffee while waiting for the children, which also should be regulated somehow. In general, our kid had a wonderful time, but it is definitely not worth of this chain's reputation.

Cons:

When preparing for the visit, I have read a lot of comments, and most of them referred to beautiful facility and lousy staff. This is something we can fully agree with. The front manager was the one who always replied to comments, which can be considered "polite". I precisely choose this word as it would be "professional" only if any of the comments are to be implemented and the service improved. Most of the staff seemed completely not interested in "dealing" with the guests, we even had an unpleasant issue with the animation team when our kid wanted to take a pic with the hotel mascot, but nobody was willing to listen to us. Generally, staff are much more pleasant toward the guests from Hungary, I suppose - due to the lack of language barrier, which is also shameful for this type of hotel. We are not complaining about the price, as it is something you choose on your own, but about the overall service provided for the same by the famous hotel chain. The funniest thing is that our kid would still visit it again, but for us adults, genuine improvements based on many comments I have read, should be made.

Overpriced- 2 days is more than enough
Pros:

Great for kids under 5

Cons:

There is no value for money and 2 days it’s more than enough.
The food was really poor for the price we paid for the staying.
Kids club staff was ok.
Other staff members are not welcoming and not trying to help and be kind to you.
We staid for 6 nights when we checked out no one asked how it was and if we need help with the luggage.

Disappointment for a 5-star hotel – Zero soundproofing, dismissive management and terrible animation
Pros:

The hotel building and the gardens are beautiful.
The breakfast buffet offers a huge selection.
The indoor play area (playhouse) is great, and the kids really enjoyed it.
The pool and water area is excellent from a child’s perspective (though for adults, issues like non-functioning saunas take away from the experience).

Cons:

Lack of soundproofing & poor management response:

On our last day, I woke up at dawn because new guests arrived in the room next door. That was when we realized there is zero soundproofing between the rooms: every single word of the neighboring family's normal conversation carried right through the wall. When we complained, the manager answered they "cannot choose their guests"—completely deflecting the issue onto the guests rather than acknowledging the building's structural flaws. The compensation offered on our incidental consumption was embarrassingly low and unacceptable for a 5-star establishment. Sleep and rest should be guaranteed at this price point.

Dreadful animation service:

The entertainment team was completely unprofessional. During the mini-disco, the animators played music directly from the free version of YouTube, forcing kids and parents to sit through ads between every single song. They had no idea what songs to play and had to rely on parents for suggestions. During advertised events, both animators were frequently seen just staring at their phones, completely ignoring the children.

Petty cost-cutting:

During the movie night for children, the tiny amount of popcorn ran out almost immediately. The staff flatly told the kids they couldn't have any more because "management does not allow it." Pinching pennies on something as cheap as popcorn in a high-end luxury hotel is just plain shameful.

Pros:

Nagyon magas színvonalú volt minden, a személyzet kedves volt és profi, a lifttel megközelíthető mélygarázs fantasztikusan könnyűvé tette a pakolást és az utazást. Annyi a szórakozási lehetőség, hogy 4 nap alatt a száraz játszóházba csak 1 órára, az animátorokhoz pedig el sem jutottunk.
