Pros:

Хорошее расположение: рядом с набережной Эминеню и туристическим базаром. Рядом есть метро, пешком 5 мин.

Cons:

Отель немного «уставший», но все прилично, и чисто. Не смотря на то, что где-то что-то нужно подкрасить, подремонтировать, все необходимое есть. ТВ, кондиционер, фен, вай-фай.

Good and bad at the same time.
Pros:

The hotel is at very nice location. You can go to a lot of places by walking. The personal there is very friendly and easy talking. The price is good.

Cons:

The parking was written like "hotel parking" in booking, but you have to pay it separately 10 euros per night. The rooms were in the basement and there was like not enough air, bad smell and the sheets were little dirty and wet at the same time. Not very nice sleeping.

perfect stay, walking distance to everything on Fatih
Pros:

The staff was very attentive and supportive, helping us with everything we needed throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were clean and in good condition, which made us feel comfortable right away. The neighborhood is great—close to everything—and the surroundings offer a wonderful opportunity to enjoy meals alongside locals, creating an authentic experience.

Cons:

The area could feel a bit lonely at night, although we arrived very late, so this may have influenced our impression.

I would stay here again :)
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel - it was very easy to access all neighbourhoods of Istanbul, even the far away ones, with excellent public transport nearby. The old town was close as well. The staff were excellent, the room was clean, and the value for money was spot on. It was not a „luxurious” hotel but honestly, for the price, it was totally worth it.

Cons:

The hairdryer didn’t work + it was a bit loud during the night - we could hear the water running next door

Vraiment rien juste le fait que nous étions a 15min a pied d'eminonu

Photo mensongère chambre au sous sol sans fenêtre il fait nuit 24h24 ma fille a fait un malaise ! Même booking n'a pas pris en compte ma plainte avec preuve a l appuie photo et discussion . Pas de service de chambre 9 nuits avec les même draps pas de papier toilette on a tout acheté nous même et ce qui m'a choque le plus c'est que booking ne protège vraiment pas ses clients donc n importe qui peut poster des fausse photo et passe 9 nuits horrible envoyez la plainte parler a un collaborateur envoyez les preuve de ce qu on dit et rien du tt aucun remboursement un geste de 50 euro mdr comme ci cela allait tout remplace et faire oublier !
