purtroppo devo riportare una grave situazione. la stanza famigliare è interrata e si accede da una ripida scala, in caso di emergenza non ci sono vie di fuga. una stanza così non dovrebbe avere l'abitabilità.

سكن مريح ونظيف لكن لم يعجبني الموقع

نظيفه وواسعه ومكيفه ويوجد مناشف لكن لايتم التنظيف ولاتغير المفارش والمناشف طول وقت الاقامه الاستقبال جداا لطيف ودود وتعامله ممتاز جدا وترك لنا اختيار الغرفه وعربي فالتواصل معه سهل وقريبه للبحر ومحطه قطار لكن الموقع غير جيد هادئ ومخيف وفي شحاتين مزعجين اشكر الاخ موظف الاستقبال مره اخرى جددا طيب ويساعد ويعطيكم نصايح للاماكن والطرق

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig. Wir haben sogar eine Kakerlake gefunden – das ist absolut inakzeptabel. Die Wände waren beschädigt und machten einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Das Bett hatte Flecken und die Handtücher waren nicht sauber, es befanden sich sogar Haare darauf.

Zusätzlich befand sich unser Zimmer im Keller. Bei der Buchung wurde dies nirgends erwähnt. Durch die Lage konnte man die Wasserrohre ständig hören, was sehr störend war und an erholsamen Schlaf kaum denken ließ.

Besonders enttäuschend war außerdem, dass das Zimmer während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht ein einziges Mal gereinigt wurde. Über das Badezimmer wollen wir gar nicht erst sprechen – es war einfach nur ekelhaft und machte einen äußerst unhygienischen Eindruck.

Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat gemerkt, dass er sein Bestes gegeben hat. Allerdings trägt er keine Verantwortung für den schlechten Zustand des Hotels, weshalb sich meine Kritik ausdrücklich an das Management richtet.

Insgesamt waren die Sauberkeit und der Zustand des Hotels sehr mangelhaft. Für den Preis ist das absolut nicht akzeptabel. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen und kann es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Excellent séjour

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel Il est très propre, parfaitement situé et proche de tout Le personnel est exceptionnel avec une mention spéciale à Ali pour son accueil chaleureux sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme C’est une personne formidable qui fait tout pour que les clients se sentent à l’aise
