Cons:

The pictures online are misleading. The room I had was not clean or as if someone was resting in there. The bathroom door was broken , there was a hair in my towels My arm actually started breaking out after laying on the bed. I asked for cleaning but there are no 24hr staff. There actually seems to be no staff at all just a digital system and 3 person “management team”

The window shades didn't work. had to inform the front desk he said yes it did and showed me how to use the broken chain to operate it. The top sheet of the bed was soiled. Neither of the USB ports on the sides of the bed worked.

Pros:

The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal and the roach traps are somewhat out of sight.

Cons:

The room reaked of mildew as soon as you opened the door but appeared clean at first. When we opened the couch to use the bed, the mildew smell got worse. I pulled back the sheet on the couch mattress to find heavily mildewed urine stains. I reached out about the stains using the online communication because no one is at the desk to help and no one responded. We could not use the pullout couch that we paid for. The beds felt damp and the pillows smelled like the pillow cases had not been changed. There were stains on the lamp shades, windows shade and ceiling. The bathroom door is a pocket door that is hard to pull out of the wall at first and then you end of slamming your fingers in between it and the door jam. My husband was in the elevator and pressed the button for the 4th floor, it went up to that floor and then dropped down the the first floor with no warning. I mean, I know the rate was cheap but, cheap doesn't have to equal disgusting.

Pull out bed broken microwave broken air-conditioner broken check in at 930pm turn on the ac and go to Walmart cause it was cooling the room down 1 light worked the 2 hanging lights broken with tape around it with wires showing went down around midnight to tell them cause it was so hot I then thought we were being put in an up graded room but no same room I had 3 of my grandkids with me and they didnt finally get in bed till 1am and us 2am or so then I went the next morning and they made excuses and didnt want to help me with all that went on not even we're sorry for all the trouble yall went through so no id never stay there again and if I could've changed hotels I would have
