To be honest? Nothing.
Shortage of towels (and what were available were paperthin). Cold water in the bathroom - never did get warm, much less hot. Bathroom door was off the 'track' (sliding door not a door that closed) - and never did close. If we were planning to stay longer - we wouldn't.
Check in/out process was rather 'errie' - hard to explain
Honestly nothing besides the price.
There really is no one working the counter. You’re greeted by a kiosk with a virtual person. AC in the room didn’t really work. Sheets were stained. No breakfast or any of that. No vending machines.

The door to bathroom was broke. Bed was bad, pictures look nothing like what’s online. A lot of things are not finished. They opened up too early. Just overall bad experience . I will NEVER stay here again

Lights plugs don’t work
They charged me an extra down payment to stay at the property and said it would be returned when I check out. It has been almost a month later, and I still haven’t been refunded the deposit.

Nothing good about this stay at this hotel
This hotel has roaches and evidence of bedbugs on the sofa talk to a management staff at the hotel and did not want to accommodate us for the stay. We did not spend the night at this hotel. We ended up leaving over in the night once we seen the roaches in bedbugs and travel almost 2 hours to get back home.
Location, Price deal...but the experience was not worth it.
There was a kiosk with a individual's face with a head phone on at the front desk (they were located in FL to) take and verify your reservation in GA and give you room keys. Not real hospitality. Creepy that they were watching as you were in the lobby. Not mentioned in the reservation write up. The walls had all kinds of small marks on all different floors. The half glass in the shower was removed but the hardware remained. Did not see a smoke detector in the room. Had to switch rooms due to only a white blind on a large window and no darker one. The room was close to the highway and businesses and lots of light shines through at night. Not sure they understood why i wanted a different room. Nothing was complete and it did not have a hospitality feeling. Couldn't wait to leave. I had already prepaid (with no refund) so I could not change the reservation. The beds were comfy and the room was large. Still did not feel comfortable being there. Checking out there was no one at the front desk. I checked out by the person on the kiosk. Thought it would have the Westin touch---No Way!!! Never Again!!!

I was 45 mins early and couldn’t check in.
Clean
Robot with remote worker. Not personable and crappy renovations in room. It says soundproof on the listing you could hear people walking up and down the hallways and talking.
