The rooms were dull and uninviting. No breakfast.
Price, and they fully refunded my money.
Live manager at the desk but I had to check in on a video conference thru a kiosk? He was hard to understand and it was awkward.
Then the shower didnt work. Also my room was off the lobby. Super loud for the 5 minutes I was in my room. Had the smell and feel of an old outdayed school. Lots of contractor grade finishes.
It was nice and quiet
What I didn’t like is they didn’t have a pool or access to a pool
The maintenance man was trying to help with what he could but was not able to.
The check in process was difficult without a front desk person. We were not award that no one would be onsight. The facilities were dirty and did not work in our room. The lock on our door worked; however the dead bolt was completely missing. The closet lights did not work. The suitcase holder was broken. The kitchen was dirty with left over food in the cabinets. The tv remotes did not have backs. I asked for a hair dryer and there was not one available. The elevator didn't open on the first try.

The room was a disaster. There was mold everywhere. Under the bed, sat on the bed and you could smell the mold in the air. The ceiling of the bathroom had black mold all over it. Things were broken and not working. I felt
Like we were being pranked. The front desk Indian man didn’t even care or have any concern.

Smelled, broken door to bathroom, facilities showed obvious age and disrepair, check in with a kiosk and a web video agent was odd when someone was right there behind the front desk.
