Good location and very good value for money.
Pros:

Hotel is very good value for money. We stayed one night as we were attending a concert at bp pulse. It's a great place for one night. Wouldn't recommend for a long stay though just because its very basic. However, the hotel was super clean and the staff were lovely!

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable.

Clean room, friendly staff, but very small room.
Pros:

Staff were pleasant. We were welcomed upon arrival, and also when we came down for breakfast. We were working at an event at the NEC and it was only a short drive away so a convenient location.

Cons:

Upon booking, told we couldn't book parking at hotel just first come first served for spaces. Then a few hours before we arrived received an email to say all spaces had been booked? Thankfully there was a spot when we arrived but a bit confusing. The room was clean but very small. We booked a double but it was on the top floor with a slanted ceiling and so one person couldn't sit up in bed. It was really better suited for a single room. Also, unfortunately we were woken in the middle of the night by other guests running around knocking on doors and shouting in the corridors. Opted for the continental breakfast in the morning which was ok but quite basic.

Disappointing
Pros:

The bed was comfy . The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is tired, basic and smelt of damp in my room.
Noisy when people walked around above you.
Very basic. Had to pay for parking on the drive £6., as well.

Good heating!
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and warm on a very cold night. The reception staff were friendly. There was plenty of hot water for a shower and ample room for parking when I stayed.

Cons:

I had to change rooms as the bed in the first one was underneath a sloping roof which I would most definitely have cracked my head on, should I have needed to get up in the dark.
The second room had a shelf overhanging the bed by the pillows. A very strange and slightly dangerous design feature!

Very nice.
Pros:

Beds were comfy. Staff were really polite. Tea & coffee making facilities in the bedroom which was really helpful as we were up and out early both days we stayed. The bathroom mirror had a built in light which I enjoyed using! Room had a lovely clean smell when we walked into it.

Cons:

Just a personal pet peeve of mine is spending more money on car parking when you’ve paid so much already to stay at the hotel. That’s just something that frustrates me in general. There was also only plugs on one side of the bed and no bath mat in the bathroom so ended up using one of the towels so we didn’t slip.

Fine for what I needed which was a cheap room close to the airport.
Pros:

Good location for the airport. Clean, and good linen on the bed. Bed comfortable, room temperature was good which was luck because no temperature control, but didn’t need it.

Cons:

Very cosy room, no sockets near the bed, no light apart from main light in bedroom. Shower temperature was fine but flow was poor. Quite noisy banging of doors in close proximity to my room which was beside reception.

Ich zu entfernen
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage war gut.

Cons:

In meinem Zimmer ging die Heizung nicht, somit habt ich mit zwei Decken geschlafen.
Abfluss in der Dusche ging auch nicht richtig.
Das Frühstück ist komplett überteuert ( Vorschlag Essen im Flughafen)
Treppe sehr steil mit Koffer.
