Pros:

Staff were available and very helpful.

Cons:

The tiny room, and bathroom were so clostraphopbic. My legs kept touching the sink when sitting on the loo.

Pleasant and convenient short stay near NEC
Pros:

I was looking for a low cost hotel convenient to commute to the NEC, for an overnight stay and this is what I got. No complaints. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was simple but had everything I needed and although the room was a bit warm ( I was too lazy to get up and turn the radiator down) I had my first uninterrupted sleep in a long time.

Cons:

All was fine - maybe a tiny bit more space for the bathroom.

Single pane glass overlooking a main road which was noisy and terrible condensation on a morning with no way of opening the window.
The window blind wouldn’t stay down so the room was constantly lit
Only one roll of toilet roll given for a 5 night stay.
The room was not serviced at all during my stay, I was having breakfast and tea in the room and the rubbish was not cleared I ended up getting a bin bag from work to sort this.
The bed was very uncomfortable I barely slept at all during my stay.
Due to me leaving early and coming back late there was never any staff around to ask for the room to be serviced or additional toilet roll given

Pros:

Dobrá dostupnost busem (cca 10 min.) na výstaviště NEC. Sice jednodušší a skromnější hotel, ale vše potřebné na krátký pobyt 3 - 4 dnů splňuje. Nedoporučovala bych někomu komu vadí vrzající podlahy v pokoji nad nimi, občasné zvuky z radiátoru, nižší tlak vody. Při prvním vstupu do pokoje se trochu zaleknete jestli vše bude OK a ještě, když si přečtete některé negativní příspěvky, ale vše bylo čisté a obsluha milá. Nechyběla varná konvice na pokoji s možností uvaření čaje kávy, láhev minerální vody byla připravena. Nechyběl ani fen a sprchové gely.
