Perfekte Lage
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders Frau Narmin, die sich sehr nett um die Gäste kümmert. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – sehr zentral und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Very poor hotel
Cons:

This hotel was a major disappointment. The internet was either completely down or so unstable that it was almost unusable. There was no coffee available because the coffee machine was broken, according to the staff. The electricity was also unstable, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one claiming to be 5 stars. The staff were not friendly, and the overall service was poor.
I personally spoke with the manager and explained all of these problems. At the end, they offered me a complimentary upgrade to a suite at my next stay, which was almost laughable given the situation, because after this experience I would not stay at this hotel again. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve its 5-star rating.
