Pros:

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel waren sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – vieles war bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

The room and the location were spectacular, but the one thing that truly stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Arda at the front desk took great care of us, and Mustafa helped us with our luggage and gave us amazing recommendations throughout our stay. Will definitely book this hotel again

Очень красивый ремонт и в комнатах, и в вестибюле.
Очень приветливый и гостеприимный персонал - помогли донести багаж до номера, угостили чаем со сладостями.
Очень хороший напор воды в душевой.
Выбор еды на завтрак небольшой, но вкусный. Среди фруктов был арбуз, которого, для сравнения, не было в крупном отеле в Анталье, куда мы уехали после.

Рядом крупная улица с множеством магазинов и мест, где пообедать.
Рядом метро и разные автобусные маршруты.

Cons:

К сожалению к обоим лифтам ведут 5-6 ступенек, но это не проблема, поскольку персонал поможет занести багаж и спустить его.

Wonderful
Pros:

The hotel is in a very central location in Nişantaşı and everything is brand new and spotless. The staff are very warm, friendly, and always helpful. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend it.

We recently stayed at Gleam Collection and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to the manager, Mehmet, for leading such a professional and hospitable team.

We would especially like to praise Narmin for her exceptional attention to detail and all the help she provided throughout our stay. She looked into every matter carefully, always followed up, and made sure everything was perfect for us. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication genuinely stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.

I am not going to repeat it .
Pros:

Location a little bit good but the issue it has no view as it’s behind one building.

Cons:

They have worst AC system ever , they keep it on heating for all the visitors because it’s winter.
