I had a wonderful stay at Gleam Collection Hotel Istanbul. Although the hotel is not very large, it is exceptionally clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming.

What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality of the entire team. Every staff member was genuinely kind, friendly, and always willing to help. I asked if it would be possible to have a larger room, expecting that I would need to pay an additional fee. To my surprise, they upgraded me to a larger room free of charge. It was a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more enjoyable.

I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel manager and especially Ms. Narmina, Mr Can and Mr Yigit for their kindness, attentiveness, and exceptional support throughout my stay. Their professionalism and genuine care made me feel truly welcomed.

I highly recommend Gleam Collection Hotel Istanbul to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with exceptional service. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul.
