Hygiene, Staff (all staff members) and service are exceptional.
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, outstanding service, same for the housekeeping staff.
Location is great, walking distance from shops, restaurants, pharmacies....everything you need.
It was a great stay.

Cons:

There is nothing that we didn't like, but the only comment is that they dont have a restaurant in the hotel that can offer lunch and/or dinner in case you dont feel like leaving the hotel, but as mentioned the hotel is in walking distance from many restaurants

Great hotel to stay
Pros:

This hotel was exceptionally good. The location is amazing and all the staff are smiling and helpful and especially Mr can who was very kind and customer oriented.

Cons:

Made a late check in at 12 mid night, when I asked for a late check out i was told that 1 pm is the max in a condition to give a rating of 10.
I asked again next day with same answer, it is not fair in my opinion, I needed to stay till 3 pm and for paying 167USD (with half stay) it should be possible as it won't cost them any extra, the hotel is not fully booked.

Cons:

Полулюкс с видом на сад - это ловушка, не берите его. Номер в подвале без солнечного света. Снижаю оценку только из-за этого. Лучше берите обычный полулюкс, который всего на 5% дороже.

Excellent visit
Pros:

We had such a comfy stay. The receptionist and the concierge staff working on the evening of the 3rd of February really went out their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely coming back as the location was also really good!
