Stay was fare enough but location was remote so couldn't get my needs easily.
Pros:

No breakfast served. Location was remote so couldn't buy the needs from outside.

Cons:

Place was quite so could get sound sleep. Staff was good and courteous.

There was nothing as such to like about the Hotel

Cons:

The Staff was lethargic. Everything had to be asked for, like dental kit, towel. the breakfast time was mentioned at 7.30 am but when asked they said it started after 8.30 am. So both the days we did not get the breakfast. Bathrooms are so tiny that one cannot even move once inside it. During the time of checkout there was no one available to take the luggage from the room. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The way hotel is advertised, Not happy at all

Cons:

Even staff was not worrying whether the hot water is running through tap or not. Despite of advance reporting they charged additional Rs1000 charged for early check in . Even in 5 star hotel they don't charge for the early check-in. The blankets provided was having bad smell. No restaurant facility available ,staff insist to order food through swingy or Zomato. Additional mineral water bottles were charged in excess amount i.e. Rs 25 per bottle.

Bathroom mirror is too dirty.
Bedsheets was not clean.
As per the 3 start hotels no such facilities are available...

DO NOT book this hotel.
Pros:

Only that the building had a lift.

Cons:

1. Half of the electricals were not working.
2. The room type (Oak) given to us was too small where we could barely walk while our luggage was kept on the floor.
3. No wardrobes and hangers.
4. Breakfast served was freezing cold and of low quality.
5. Electric kettle was too dirty, could not use to make tea/coffee.
6. Room service not on time.
7. Bathroom fixtures broken.
