Loved it can’t wait to come back!!
Pros:

How clean it was. Loved being on the 4th floor. Had a great view. The lady that checked us in and out was great!! Can’t wait to come back.

Cons:

One complaint. The bathtub was very slippery. I almost did the splits in it. There needs to be bath mats or a rough surface in the tub. Very dangerous.

Staff was extremely nice & Grateful for the elevator

The location was great. The staff was wonderful

Cons:

The sheets were old, tattered in spots. They need to be thrown out & replaced. False advertisement of breakfast included it contained a bag with an apple & danish. That wasn’t a deal breaker for us but for some it could be

The room was what I expected but it didn’t stop the show. My spouse and I still had a great time.
Pros:

Everything was in walking distance and convenient l. The Location was nice and the view of the Smokies is nice when you walk out to the sidewalk.

Cons:

The sheets did not look clean at all, the floors needed to be mopped badly ask how i know, I used a wet towel and ran it across the floor and it was brown/black filthy and I booked a non-smoking room but it indeed smelled like someone smoked in it. The shower curtain smelled sour

Needs remolded.
Pros:

Preferred to be on first floor. Had knee replacements . And heart problems. I had made reservations in February and asked for first floor. I had 2 rooms.

Cons:

Parking was rough. Ran out of TP on 2nd day. Needed more towels. My brother in law was next to our room, he gave me some of his towels to use. Cold in the room. Had to put 2 blankets on the bed to get warm!!!

Would not stay again. Kind of a shady place.
