La ubicación, limpieza y pulcritud de las instalaciones, pero sobretodo la amabilidad, profesionalidad y disposición de las empleadas de recepción, en todo momento dispuestas a ayudadar, no sólo con el hotel sino dando referencias de lugares y restaurantes con mejor relación calidad precio de Chipoiona , toda una puntuación de 10 sobre 10

Que al reservar el apartamento las fotografías colgadas en Booking.com siempre habla de apartamento y así se nuestra , habiendo una habitación, que no es un apartamento, sino una habitación de hotel simple sin cocina , y ese detalle no se explica, solo si entras en detalles y lo pone en inglés NO COCINA, cuando el resto de la página está en castellano induciendo a un error , para aquellas personas que mo dominan el idioma inglés, curioso cuando menos y decepcionante, esa falta de expectativas fue cubierta por la amabilidad y profesionalidad de las recepcionistas, pero da una imagen falsa de apartamento cuando en este caso no lo era
