Wonderful Experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was perfect and convenient for everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again.

In the middle of old city, amazing hotel with delicious breakfast and absolutely stunning views from terrace where by the way breakfast is served. Clean and stylish rooms and very friendly staff.

Pros:

Очень понравился отель и особенно обслуживающий персонал. Нас угощали и вино и хачапури и отель предоставлял бесплатный трансфер до города и магазина. Очень рекомендую

At one point they claimed my stay had ended even though I showed them the Booking voucher. After an argument they admitted it was a mistake. Also, the breakfast was poor.

Всё понравилось. Приветливый персонал. Уютные современные номера. Чистое бельё. Уборка. Вкусные завтраки в ресторане отеля. Месторасположение отличное в старом городе в 5 мин хотьбы до набережной.
