Confort y calidad a buen precio
Pros:

Las instalaciones super cómodas, el personal super amable a toda hora, pude usar la pileta, te ofrecían caipirinha y siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudarte.

Cons:

Funcionária da recepção nos abordou de forma abrupta, na frente de outros hóspedes, quando estávamos saindo às 8h30 para uma última volta na cidade, questionando se voltaríamos a tempo de fazer o checkout, que era apenas 11h. Respondemos que sim, claro, pois sabíamos do horário da saída, e ela ainda assim reiterou o questionamento de forma brusca. Foi constrangedor, como se estivéssemos fugindo do hotel.

Si tuviera q volver lo elegiría de nuevo.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Atención y cómodas las instalaciones. Servicio de limpieza a diario. Desayuno muy rico y completo.

Lovely overnight stay!
Pros:

Friendly staff and very central hotel! On departure, my family who fetched me were all offered a free cocktail! Very vibey and fun reception ladies. Breakfast was good.

El PEOR HOTEL DEL MUNDO!

En mis 4 dias de estancia no tuve agua caliente para bañarme y la temperatura de la ciudad bajo hasta 8 grados por lo que nos tocó bañarnos con agua helada y salí enferma de este hotel. Otra cosa terrible es que NO TIENE WIFI. Los enchufes de luz están ubicados encima de donde uno pone la cabeza en la cama... peligroso. El baño con malos olores y hongos en las puertas. Todo se le informó al gerente y fue grosero. EL PEOR HOTEL DE MI VIDA y con precio de hoteles 4 y 5 estrellas.
