Amazing!!!
Pros:

Everything about Onaya was amazing - beautiful concept.
Location for me was perfect as it was close to everything by grab/gojek but quiet and peaceful.
The room was a dream and the shared pool heated and always for yourself - I even forgot that it was shared.
The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Exceptional costumer service- every room is assigned a WhatsApp group chat for anything you may need.
The breakfast was yummy. I wished I stayed longer.

Felt like a private jungle oasis!
Pros:

It felt like a private resort! We had the pool to ourselves, even though the hotel was full with guests it was really quiet and private. The pool area is lovely and the sun loungers are so comfy! The rooms are like little bungalows, the bathroom is huge in comparison to the room. All the staff were so lovely and really helpful! The breakfast was really tasty and a good variation of choice, just be mindful at times there was a little wait for breakfast however there is only two staff who work in the restaurant. I was very surprised how spread out uluwatu was, so you can’t walk anywhere from the hotel. There was never a problem getting a grab, and there is a shuttle car available from the hotel that you can prebook. The hotel is around a 20-25min drive away from a beach, distance wise not very long but drivers need to drive slow because the roads are very narrow, hilly and poor condition of road surface. But I would say the hotel is in quite a good location around 10-15min drive away from most restaurant etc.

Cons:

I was aware from the reviews that the rooms are small but I didn’t appreciate how small they are in person. This was our third accommodation in Bali, and was at least half the size of any of our other accommodation and the bed is a lot smaller than any of the others we had in Bali.
Another criticism is that the bed and pillows are a little uncomfortable.
The bathroom could benefit from some larger floor mats, when wet the bathroom floor became very slippery and could become very hazardous.
Also only one towel per person provided, I think a smaller towel should be provided too, however I know that if needed I could have messaged on the WhatsApp group.

Amazing
Pros:

Everything was amazing the staff were excellent couldn’t do enough for us they made are stay so special. Hotel was beautiful complementary car service was great. Breakfast was so nice. Definitely recommend this place would love to come back.
