Comfortable
Pros:

The personal was great; really friendly and supportive. Our flight was late at night and we could spend the day at the hotel; take a shower and wait for the driver to pick us up.
Our room was really clean and we could also enjoy the pool.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had a bad night and couldn’t sleep. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but rather some guests staying in a nearby room who were extremely noisy. After we reported the issue, the staff resolved the problem immediately. We are very grateful for their prompt response and assistance.

Fantastisch verblijf – een echte aanrader!
Pros:

Alles was geweldig! De locatie is perfect, het resort zelf is prachtig met mooie bungalows en een schitterend zwembad. Het ligt bovendien niet ver van de winkelstraat. Een enorm pluspunt is dat je gratis gebruik kunt maken van hun chauffeur voor verplaatsingen binnen een straal van 5 km. Het personeel was ook ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

Perfect space to rest
Pros:

Hotel is very quiet , lots of green which I love it, staff very very friendly ;) rooms are very clean , everything was perfect ;)

Cons:

I think room for two people may be hit to small , I was by myself and I thought room may be too small for two people , I know is a adults only that’s the way I choose this property but when I was looking for quiet afternoon next to swimming pool group of youngsters was extremely loud, I did not like that , should be some restriction, this is only my thoughts about the space - which is beautiful !

Lovely staff, quiet hotel and very tranquil.
Pros:

I thought the staff were so accommodating and helpful. Nothing was an issue. Santi at breakfast always had a smile and was just adorable to be greeted by every morning. The breakfast was also amazing each day. I really loved the way they communicate to each room by Whatsapp as it makes it so much more convenient and easy to deal with.

Cons:

Just wasn't walking distance to anything but I believe that is more Ulawatu and not necessarily the hotel. Their shuttle service was very handy.

Pros:

Muy lindo el hotel. La habitación es justa, no es demasiado amplia pero correcta. El baño es enorme ! Muy amable todo el personal. Muy cómodo el transporte disponible del hotel que te alcanza a puntos cercanos, ya que si o si tienes que contar con moto o tomar grab para moverte desde ahí.

Highly recommend
Pros:

This is a lovely small resort in a quiet location that is well placed to easily reach the main tourist areas and beaches in Uluwatu. The facilities, room and breakfast weree great but what really makes it special is the staff and the ease of communication through the WhatsApp group they create for your room on arrival (and delete after you leave). Every request was quickly, happily and efficiently responded to. If they don't offer a certain service, like laundry, they refer you to a local business without any markup and help to facilitate everything.
