ONAYA Bali Resort - Adults Only

Everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly, and although the hotel is small, it is charming and well maintained. The pool area is beautiful, and the food was very good. I would definitely recommend it.

Our stay at Onaya Resort in Bali was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly designed to enjoy Bali’s atmosphere.

The villas are stunning, very comfortable, and well maintained. Every detail makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive during our entire stay, always making sure we had a great experience.

This is definitely a place we would recommend to anyone visiting Bali, whether you are traveling with family, friends, or your partner. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island.

What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. I have honestly never experienced such outstanding hospitality before. Everyone was extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help.

During our first night there was a very strong storm, and in our original room the open shower design allowed the sound of the rain to come in quite loudly. My friend is a very light sleeper, so this made the night a bit difficult for her. When we mentioned it to the staff, they reacted immediately and with great understanding. Without hesitation they offered us another room with a different shower layout and even upgraded us. The whole process was handled so kindly and efficiently—it really impressed us.

The friendliness continued throughout our stay. The team at the restaurant was also wonderful, always welcoming and helpful, and the staff were always available to assist us with anything we needed or to help organize activities. Their warmth and professionalism made the whole experience feel very special.

In addition, the property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of attention is given to cleanliness and comfort throughout the premises. Overall, it was a very relaxing and comfortable place to stay.

The staff were so wonderful, attentive and would always brighten your mood.

The gardens were lush, and the pool was great.

The property is set back from the main street so you don't hear any traffic or loud music from bars

The room and bed were small but they were clean and very very comfortable

They also had a car service to take you into town and pick you up if you don't have a bike.

Breakfast was good with lots of options

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, providing immediate help for any request through a WhatsApp group. They also offer a really convenient chauffeur service that can take you anywhere within a 5 km radius for free, which was very useful and not something we saw often in Bali.

The accommodation is designed with great attention to detail and, above all, run with genuine care. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and always in a good mood. Nothing is missing – you are well taken care of from start to finish.

Prachtig resort met een fijne sfeer!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est de taille agréable, très cosy et parfaitement entretenu, avec une atmosphère à la fois chaleureuse et relaxante. On s’y sent immédiatement bien.
Le staff est absolument adorable, toujours souriant, attentif et extrêmement serviable. Leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme font vraiment la différence. Ils sont constamment à l’écoute et prêts à aider avec beaucoup de bienveillance.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la possibilité d’avoir un chauffeur à disposition, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles et confortables. Le service est fluide, bien organisé et très rassurant.
La chambre était confortable, propre et bien aménagée, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. L’environnement est calme, idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer.
En résumé, une très belle expérience. C’est un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésitation et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil exceptionnel.

The staff were very friendly, it was such a shame myself and my partner got sick during our stay at Onaya. We were in the room for most of our stay, the staff made us soup and toast to help cater for this time.
