Дуже привітний та милий персонал, дуже гарна територія, смачні сніданки, цікавий інтер’єр, чистий та приємний басейн, чат для комфорту

Дуже шумно, із-за будівництва і також будиночки дуже тоненькі і сильно чути сусідів. За співвідношенням вартість та якість, як на мене трохи завищена вартість, меблі/килим в номері доволі старенькі. Немає масажу

Geweldig verblijf centraal in Uluwatu!
Pros:

Locatie is perfect, binnen enkele minuten rijden ben je overal in Uluwatu. Er is een chauffeur service, waarbij je bijna overal gratis kunt komen. Het is net ver genoeg van alles om toch te kunnen genieten van de rust.
Alles is super schoon en het ontbijt is heerlijk. Personeel is mega vriendelijk en staan altijd voor je klaar. Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van de wasservice en een scooter gehuurd via het hotel. Beide super snel en goed geregeld. Ita (mevrouw in het restaurant) is werkelijk geweldig. We zouden dit verblijf zeker aanraden en hopen nog een keer terug te komen.

We had a lovely stay with exceptional, smiling staff and a delicious a la carte breakfast. The attention to detail was amazing—my birthday happened to be during our stay, and they noticed the date on my passport without us saying a word. They surprised me with pancakes and room decorations! Highly recommended for the incredible service. :)

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely excellent.
The staff were incredibly attentive, always helpful and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Everyone working at the hotel made us feel very welcome and well looked after.

The breakfast was very good, with great quality and variety, and the pool area is beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Everything in the hotel is very well maintained.

The free shuttle service is a big plus and worked perfectly, making getting around very easy and convenient.

Overall, everything was outstanding: the service, the facilities, and the atmosphere.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
A 10 out of 10 experience.

It’s a little private jungle in the more quiet parts of Ulu. Lovely clean pool surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. You can hear all the birdsongs around like natures symphony. The room is comfortable, clean and quiet.

Cons:

If I had to say anything then perhaps the bathroom had a bad smell (but I think that’s most places in Bali)

The staff were absolutely amazing! Always so happy and accomodating. The free driver was absolutely a highlight as we were able to be dropped and picked up from all of the places we wanted to go.

Looks stunning, but it’s only on the surface.
Pros:

Design was lovely, as well as garden.

Cons:

My phone got messed up because of the very out-of-time, non-functioning plugs. It already had a damage (because of a previous accident) but your terrible plugs and electrical system gave it the final inquest… Indirectly but later it caused me a huge trouble and memory loss of my phone, so I left this hotel with a very bad feeling already.
