舒適放鬆的住宿體驗
Pros:

1.房間配置很實用很舒適
2.大浴場乾淨整潔，洗髮精很好洗
3.早餐很好吃，夜晚有好吃的免費拉麵
4.高樓層面山房間面視野很好
5.距離松本車站距離不會太遠，但是附近沒有超商餐廳，要走一段距離
6.飯店每一位員工都很有禮貌
7.飯店全館皆為赤腳，地板非常乾淨

楽しかったです
Pros:

チェックアウトも11時と遅めとウェルカムドリンクや夜鳴きそばなどが大変よかった！
部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすかった！

Cons:

部屋のテレビでNetflix等のサブスクが見れたらなと思いました。今回天気が雨でホテルで過ごす時間が多くより部屋が快適に過ごせたのかなと思います。

Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof hat Vor-& Nachteile (fussläufig/Geräuschpegel);
Onsen sehr schön, Zimmer klein und sehr funktional (Waschbecken im Zimmereingangsbereich/Flur); Frühstück für Japaner gut, international eher schwierig; freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption

Cons:

In einem „Premium Haus“ der Dormi Inn-Gruppe sollten auch Frühstücksoptionen für Nicht-Asiaten vorhanden sein;
da alles im Hotel mit Tatami-Matten ausgelegt ist, sind die Schuhe bereits vor dem Check in auszuziehen/gewöhnungsbedürftig; unschön, wenn Gäste barfuß in den Gemeinschaftsräumen (Restaurant, Lobby etc. )unterwegs sind; Preis-Leistung nicht adäquat (im Vgl. zu anderen Hotels der gleichen Preisklasse)

Wohlfühlort. Toll für Entspannung nach einem anstrengenden Tag.
Pros:

Wunderschöne Unterkunft! Gratis Ramen am Abend. Mega leckeres Frühstück und schönes Onsen. Tattoos müssen abgedeckt werden.

Pros:

L’hotel è molto pulito e ben tenuto, e lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso la struttura è piacevole e questi aspetti sono sicuramente un punto di forza.

Cons:

Purtroppo, però, ho avuto un’esperienza molto negativa con il cuscino: era talmente duro che sembrava di dormire su un blocco di cemento. Non sono riuscito praticamente a dormire per tutta la notte e questo ha rovinato buona parte del mio soggiorno.

Peccato, perché per il resto l’hotel mi è piaciuto. Fortunatamente il soggiorno era di una sola notte; con una permanenza più lunga sarebbe stato un problema ancora maggiore.

清潔な環境の中、リラックスできました
Pros:

23時まで食べられる夜鳴きそばやお風呂の後の無料のアイスクリーム、そして共有スペースにある漫画を部屋で読めることなど、とてもサービスがよかったです。
また朝ごはんのお蕎麦や、ちらし寿司も美味しかったです

천연온천 대욕장에 노천탕까지 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 조식은 신슈소바, 연어치라시스시, 신슈알프스소고기전골 등 지역에서 유명한 음식들을 맛볼 수 있고, 무료로 밤에 제공되는 라멘도 정말 맛있었습니다. 어린이용 실내복도 ~120사이즈, ~150사이즈 두 가지로 제공되어서 좋았습니다. 편안하고 즐거운 마쓰모토에서의 2박 이었습니다.

Les bains sont agréables et propres.
Le personnel propose de fournir des autocollants afin de masquer les tatouages des personnes concernées, c’est rare et très appréciable.
