Lovely hotel. Comfortable stay.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with Japanese style accommodation. Clean comfortable room and quite spacious for Japan! Great buffet breakfast with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as a large selection of hot food. Staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

Lack of gluten and lactose free breakfast options. No alternative milk or bread/pastries.

Pros:

The in-house onsen was great. The location was good for the town centre and being close to the station it was great for day trips. Free coffee and soft drinks/water.

Cons:

The windows weren't completely soundproof - there was some noise from the street and the train station. Having to take off your shoes at the entrance meant that it was awkward changing to a different pair.

I love this hotel. So clean, so comfy, so authentic. The onsen is amazing with a beautiful view of the mountains. A wonderful place to stay in Matsumoto

Disappointing due to the room size but ok in other aspects
Pros:

My friend loved the onsen. Staff were efficient and friendly.

Cons:

We booked again because our previous stay impressed us.......a room with enough space to open and store our suitcases.
This time, the room was so small we hardly had room to change our minds!

Pros:

Le nettoyage des chambres n’est pas prévu dans le prix Booking sans aucun avertissement. Le personnel ne parle que japonais et ne cherche aucunement à aider. Il y a un restaurant dans l’hôtel mais il est toujours fermé sauf pour le petit déjeuner qui est exclusivement japonais (aucun avertissement non plus).

Cons:

Hay que quitarse los zapatos pero no te dan zapatillas y hay que recorrer todo el hotel en calcetines. Tampoco había zapatillas en la habitación

Tudo excelente. Da recepção, da possibilidade de deixar as malas antecipadamente e após o check out. Quarto confortável. Bons produtos no banheiro e o gostoso soba qhe servem a noite.
