1.員工都很溫暖，入住時都會詳細介紹。
2.英語也能溝通，這次遇到的員工英文都很棒！
3.房間算是寬敞的，而且很特別的是，在飯店裡到處都是榻榻米，可以打赤腳走，很特別的體驗。

Onsen was amazing and so was the rest of the hotel amazing. Location was good if you don't mind short walks to local hotspots.

Relaxing
Pros:

Wonderful property that is a short walk (8-10min) from Matsumoto Station.
The Onsen is on the 10th floor (unusual, but such a cool feature) with a beautiful overlook of the city and mountains. There are also selections of treats you may choose from after your Onsen bath, which is lovely!
The buffet breakfast and evening Soba were a convenient and fairly tasty option for times you want to keep in.

Matsumoto Castle can easily be reached by a couple of bus stops nearby or is about an easy 15-20min walk!

Cons:

Pillows are a bit too firm and shallow. I just used some of my clean clothes to fluff it up a bit without issue.

Refreshing!
Pros:

The room was just perfect for two. The staff were helpful and kind. The facilities were great as well as the food. The location was perfect in terms of the main train station and restaurants etc.

A great place to stay. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

Near the station but within walking distance of all the sights. Lovely rooms, great service and an excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend.
