My 1st stay with Onyado group and most certainly will return for more
Pros:

Room was well designed and good size for 2 of us. Feels new and is very clean. Breakfast spread was wonderful. Onsen was also well equipped. Enjoyed the comfort of dining in with the yukata provided and the barefoot concept. Staff was friendly and helpful and communicated well in English.

Cons:

Pillows was too hard for me

Comfortable and stylish hotel experience
Pros:

The hotel is conviniently located near the main train station. It's tatami-ryokan design was stylish and comfortable. The onsen facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet was among the best we have experienced.

Cons:

As it is tatami, you do need to remove your shoes so I would recommend preparing for that.

My husband and I left absolutely delighted. Highly recommend!
Pros:

We booked this hotel almost by chance simply because of its convenient location near the station - and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! The room was surprisingly spacious, and we loved all the little complimentary amenities both in the room and throughout the hotel, including free soba, which was a wonderful touch.

But the real star was the onsen. The view over the city was beautiful, and the sauna completely won us over - as did the cold bath! The post-onsen ice cream was the perfect finishing touch. The breakfast was also delicious.

My husband and I left absolutely delighted. Highly recommend!

Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité.
