1. We will ask you to show us your credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card should match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) presented upon check-in. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment.
4. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
5. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
6. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
7. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.
8. Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and only allowed in designated outdoor spaces.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!
The only thing that let it down was check-in was a bit chaotic!

The lifts were a nightmare. Definitely not enough for the amount of people and one of them was constantly broken.
Even though it wasn’t false advertisement, the rooms were on the smaller side of comfortable.
The rooftop restaurant is great but it may have been a little understaffed when we were there.

Практически всё. Ну, разве что персонал на рецепции который иногда шёл на небольшие уступки. Завтрак не соответствует отелю 4 звезды, в Турции например 3 звезды намного лучше и больше еды, телевизор в номере расположен так, что смотреть его можно только лежа на боку, холодильник в номере который вмещает в себя ну максимум 2 стакана воды, 3 лифта не справляются с количеством людей которые пользуются им, в лифте можно ехать с грязным сотрудником отеля с лестницей и рабочими инструментами, кофе в баре за 3.5 евро можно сравнить разве что с помоями.одним словом- 1 день переночевать, то ок, но не более. И то цена за один день, тоже многовато для такого обслуживания. Не рекомендовал бы, есть варианты и получше.

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und alles war super sauber. Personal war nett, hat uns immer gut weitergeholfen und uns auch Tips gegeben.
Der Check-In hat viel zu lange gedauert, trotz einer hohen Anzahl an Personal. Milch und Tücher wurden im Zimmer nicht nachgefüllt, trotz des hohen Preises, auch bekamen wir nichts an der Rezeption und mussten bis zum nächsten Tag warten. Bei der Preiskategorie erwarte ich einen anderen Service.
El hotel es genial, el ambiente es increíble, para describirlo diría que es un hotel con una vibe de hostal… hay muchos jóvenes. Nosotros teníamos 2 habitaciones con 3 niños chiquitos, no es un hotel para familias sin embargo los niños la pasaron muy bien y el trato fue increíble.
Lo único malo fue una chica que trabajaba en el hotel, se bajó de un ascensor a tomarme una foto con mis hijos y se fue directo. Nunca entendí porque nos tomó una foto y además sin mi consentimiento.
