1. We will ask you to show us your credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card should match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) presented upon check-in. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment.
4. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
5. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
6. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
7. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.
8. Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and only allowed in designated outdoor spaces.

La décoration, la dynamique et amabilité du personnel

Very clean, friendly staff, well located, bargain
The irons were awful and limited to the laundry room
Great rooms which were very modern and clean. Excellent facilities throughout the hotel and friendly staff. The Breakfasts, although excellent were very expensive so we only had them sometimes. We loved the modern feel of the hotel.
The only things we would change about our stay is that the refreshments in the room didn't include milk so you couldn't use the hot drinks facilities and the breakfast, although excellent, was very expensive.
We booked this hotel quite last minute with little time to research it and we couldn’t have been more thrilled with our stay! Great location for the metro, amazing design interior, such a lovely relaxing vibe and the kindest hotel staff we’ve ever experienced. We absolutely loved our stay on every level and will def recommend this place to friends and family if they are visiting Barcelona. Hope to be back!

Die Atmosphäre war super. Das Personal sowohl bei der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich!
Die Rezeption ist 24h besetzt. Das war super, da wir ein sehr frühes Check-Out hatten.
Besonders gut war auch, dass wir früher ins Zimmer durften, das war ein wunderbarer Zufall, wo wir uns sehr drüber gefreut haben. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an die Rezeption!
Die Dachterrasse hat auch einen ganz besonderen vibe, echt gemütlich und einladend.
In der Nähe sind gute Anbindungen an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Man kann sich aussuchen, ob man mit Tram, Metro oder Bussen fahren möchte. In die Innenstadt kommt man in 25-40 Minuten. Der Strand ist einfach nur die Straße runter, geht mit dem Bus oder zu Fuß ca 20 Minuten.

Las instalaciones son excelentes, así como el trato del personal, que todos son “JASP”.
Hacía mucho tiempo que no iba por esa zona de Barcelona y es significativo el cambio que está habiendo, considerando Poblenou como una muy buena alternativa para pernoctar fuera de la muchedumbre y locura que es la capital catalana hoy en día.
Quizás fuéramos los únicos “nacionales” alojados en el fin de semana y obviamente eso se nota.
Todo (cuando digo todo, es todo) está preparado más para el foráneo que para el nacional.
