5. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
6. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
7. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.
8. Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and only allowed in designated outdoor spaces.

The social hub is my new favourite place to stay in BCN. Everything was top - I didnt get a chance to eat, but literally

Perfect oasis in a hot city but lacking in care from staff
Pros:

A little oasis in the middle of the city, with great amenities and all you need for a weekend. the swimming pool, the music and the vibe was perfect on the sunday. the room was tiny but it had all you needed.

Cons:

the breakfast is very overpriced but what was really disappointing was the service in Sisi Restaurant/rooftop. we spent the sunday on the rooftop and we had drinks, lunch and coffee within 6h of being there. every time the waitress would either ignore us, forget our order, promise she’s come to take our order and ignore us or take an absolute ridiculous time to bring anything we ordered. it was so bad that it was funny. we saw it was a busy day for her and we would’ve given her a lot of grace if she didn’t on purpose walk away from us and ignore us. unfortunately made what would’ve been a perfect day a bit tainted.

Wyjątkowy pobyt i zapewne wybierzemy ten hotel kolejny raz.
Pros:

Świetny hotel z pięknym widokiem na Barcelonę. Pyszne i różnorodne śniadania. Lokalizacja też świetna, blisko na plażę i niedaleko do metra i tramwaju którymi dojeżdżaliśmy kilka przystanków do głównych atrakcji w kilkanaście minut.

Ein stylisches Neubau-Hotel mit viel Beton, klaren Linien und sorgfältig kuratiertem Design. Alles wirkt modern, minimal

Sehr sauber. Geruchsneutral. Grosse Zimmer und sehr bequeme Betten. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Man muss sich selber komplett einchecken, während das Personal für eventuelle Fragen dabei ist und zu sieht wie man alles selber eintippen muss. Für mich ist das kein Service und mit mehreren Personen eher stressig nach der Reise. Das Personal ist sehr jung und deshalb wahrscheinlich sehr unerfahren in diesem Business. Es ist wie eine moderne Jugendherberge. Eher Alternativ. Das Essen ist ok. Der Kaffee eine Katastrophe. Allerdings haben wir sehr schnell festgestellt dass dies an vielen Orten der Fall ist. Es gab eine Dame oben im Restaurant die Ahnung von Service hatte. Wir haben unten an der Bar nach Prosecco gefragt sie wussten nicht was das ist, Champagner hat sie dann verstanden. Meinte dann aber dass sie hier unten keinen hat aber oben an der Rooftop Bar. Ich weiss nicht ob sie mir damit sagen wollte ich soll nach oben gehen und fragen. Mit dem Uber 15-20 min ins Zentrum. Keine guten Restaurants in der Nähe.
