Important information:

1. We will ask you to show us your credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card should match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) presented upon check-in. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. 4. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
5. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
6. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
7. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.
8. Smoking inside the hotel is prohibited and only allowed in designated outdoor spaces.

Pros:

Rummet var rymligt och fint, välstädat. Gymmet var helt fantastiskt.

Cons:

Liten sak kanske, men hissarna fungerade inte särskilt bra. Ibland kändes det som att man fick vänta 10 minuter på att en hiss skulle komma. Problemet var inte att de var fulla, utan att de aldrig kom.

Très beau cadre et chambres très propres et confortables.

Cons:

Il est mentionné que le minibar est compris dans le prix sauf que seulement l'eau et le café/thé sont compris, le reste est payant ce que je trouve pas correct.

Great hotel, great facilities - would stay again
Pros:

The Climate control in the bedroom was incredible. Hotel is really nice, the gym is massive and has a sauna and Cold shower which has different settings which is lovely. The restaurant on the top floor is really nice with great views across the city

Cons:

The pool area was really crowded throughout the day. It seemed like a lot of people would leave there stuff and not actually be sat there.
