5. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
6. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
7. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.

A place to return when in Barcelona
Pros:

The helpfulness and warmth of the staff. The facilities that allowed us to relax and work. The proximity of the metro nearby to reach our vacation activities. The feeling is both one of a good hotel and feeling at home.

Wahnsinnig tolles Hotel, nur die Umgebung ist nicht die Sicherste

Fantastisches Frühstück, absolut sauberes hotel. Mega freundliches Personal. Tolle Ausstattung auf Top Niveau.

Cons:

Das Gym war gerade im Umbau. Der Pool war gesperrt. Die gentrification der Umgebung hat nur so halb funktioniert. Die Umgebung macht nicht den sichersten Eindruck. Einem Kollegen wurde 300 meter vom Hotel das Smartphone aus der Hand gestohlen. Abends und nachts treiben sich viele komische Gestalten rund ums Hotel

On the day of the checkout I received a call at 12:30 and said that I am coming down in 10-15 minutes. After 10 minutes I have received another call saying that they are charging me extra 25 euros, because I didnt manage to get out of the room within 10 minutes. About the extra charge I was notified not in the nicest way, as you would expect a hotel to notfiy you

Another thing - when I asked for the room to be cleaned at 13:00, they said that all cleaners already home, so no body cleaned the room

Great experience
Pros:

Hotel is very nice, room has everything you could possibly need for the stay, bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and nice, you can store your bags for free with them upon arrival and before the departure which was very helpful. Location is very nice, quiet during the night so you can get rest, and very close to metro station, tramway stations as well as bus stations. Hotel also has rooftops, and two pools on them, as well as the bar and restaurant, it has a lot of open space, where you can sit and wait, charge your phone, or work, there is also a gym, and it is very nice. Overall hotel has great vibes, and it was a great experience staying there.

Pros:

Ambiente genial, decoración de la habitación cómoda, ducha y camas maravillosas y personal absolutamente encantador. Buen bar en la planta 15. A 20 minutos del centro de Barcelona en transporte público.
