El personal en sì, fue muy amable tanto el de recepciòn como los de barra, si lo recomiendo, la habitaciòn esta muy bonita.

Cons:

Solo la alberca estba sucia.

Cosy hotel on the the main plaza in Chiapa de Corzo
Pros:

Great location, small but pleasant pool for a drive to refresh, bar/ restaurant right in house. Perfect for a short stay over.

Cons:

There was some noise from the street or neighborhood, but it also was during the Easter week when celebrations and fireworks are very common. And, there was no hot water in the shower, which, given that it was very hot, didn’t bother us too much this time, but it would be best to check it.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione centrale
Pros:

Tutto molto pulito . Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante ( e necessaria visto che la nostra stanza non aveva finestre).
Bagno pulitissimo e acqua della doccia abbondante e ben calda.
Personale gentile e disponibile.
Si può parcheggiare comodamente in strada davanti all‘ albergo ( pagando qualcosa al parcheggiatore la vostra macchina verrà tenuto d‘occhio e protetta).

Cons:

Avremmo volentieri usato la piccola piscina ma l‘acqua non era molto pulita ( molte foglie e insetti).
Evitare a tutti i costi il piccolo ristorante accanto all‘hotel ( il cibo ha un buon sapore ma l‘effetto „maledizione di Montezuma“ è immediato 😓).

Good location, clean rooms
Pros:

Enjoyed the room, very clean and cozy. We were tired with everything that was going on in Mexico and I had the best sleep. Location was amazing right in the city Center.

Cons:

We were really excited to enjoy a pool day, but unfortunately the pool was very murky and not clean when we arrived. It looked quite dirty, which made it disappointing since we had been looking forward to relaxing by the pool. It was like there was do flow or movement in the pool everything was stagnant

Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Würde wieder dort buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super (zentral), trotzdem ist es ruhig. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gebaut und hat tolle Farben. Das Personal war nett.

Cons:

Wenn das Wasser im Pool schöner gewesen wäre (und wir dann reingegangen wären), dann hätte ich eine 10 vergeben 🙃

Perfekt für die Bootsfahrt durch den Canyon.
Pros:

Top Zentrale Lage und nettes Ambiente. Zimmer klein aber alles da was man braucht.
Frühstück wird serviert und ist lecker.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

A beautiful and comfortable historic hotel
Pros:

It’s a beautiful old building with architecturally appropriate additions, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The staff are so kind, friendly and helpful—they certainly enhanced our stay. The on-site restaurant is excellent as well. And it’s right on the historic plaza, a short walk from the embarcadero. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cons:

Had a bit of trouble getting hot water in the shower, but that is something we’ve experienced many times in Mexico, even in very nice hotels.

Als Zwischenstopp machbar
Pros:

Super Lage in der Nähe des Cañon del Sumidero. Es ist aber etwas lauter, da in der Nähe vom Plaza. Sauberkeit war okay.

Cons:

Das Duschwasser war kalt, TV hat nicht funktioniert, ein Zimmerwechsel wurde abgelehnt.
