EVERYTHING! The traditional feel of the hotel, the free robes, the helpful staff, the amazing onsen options. We did not want to leave.

Cons:

Only criticism was it didn't clearly show what time dinner & breakfast dinning was and that it could book out. So maybe some more guidance at checking to book dinner the day before.

家族連れには最高
Pros:

靴を脱いで靴下のままどこでも行けることが1番リラックス出来ました。大勢の家族で利用したのですが子供から大人まで楽しめてまた利用したいと思いました。

Cons:

家族風呂は気兼ねなく利用できましたが、せめて掛け湯かシャワーがあるともっと気持ちよく使えると感じました。

Very pleasant stay, easy to get around the city by public commuter
Pros:

Breakfast was nice, would be better if they can be rotated since we stay 3 nights there. It was same everyday. Onsen were great.

Великолепный рёкан с соответствующей атмосферой. По отелю можно ходить только без обуви. Дают очень красивые кимоно, пижаму, утепленную куртку. Есть место на ресепшене, где можно взять одноразовые носки, щетки, бритвенный набор. Вечером дают рамен, в течение дня чай, кофе, сладости и мороженое. На территории есть 6 приватных онсенов и два общественных.

Cons:

Завтрак разнообразный, куча всего, но это если вы местный и едите все то, что они едят по утрам. Для более европейского завтрака набор довольно скудный, рыба, фрукты, хашбраун, сосиски.

A must go to if you’re staying in Kyoto. Has a real traditional Japanese feel to it. Public and private Japanese baths.
Pros:

Wonderful modern but traditional Japanese hotel. Well located to transport. Great breakfast option.
