スタッフの対応だけは残念
Pros:

無料で夜鳴きそばやドリンクの提供があり、大浴場、貸切風呂も雰囲気がとても良くこだわりを感じた。
また、有料ではあるが朝食のメニューが豊富で、和を感じられる美味しい朝食がいただけた。

Cons:

朝食に関して、予約時の電話での説明と、チェックイン時の説明が異なっており、ホテル側の説明をこちらが聞き間違えたかのように扱われた。それについての謝罪もなく、恩着せがましい対応をされたのは非常に不快だった。
また、中国人、韓国人のマナーが悪く、ホテル側も説明や注意をすることなく放置している様子だったため、もっとしっかりとした対応をしていただきたかった。

Pros:

Das Hotel ist super - vor allem die Onsen-Bereiche sind perfekt nach einer anstrengenden Erkundungstour durch Kyōto. Das Essensangebot haben wir nicht wahrgenommen.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb (liegt aber direkt an einer Bahn- & Busstation!).

Pros:

I stayed 2 nights here and it was a great experience! The rooms are very clean and there are many facilities available to enjoy. The baths were well maintained with private baths available as well. I liked that there were snacks available throughout the day and drinks in the lobby. The pyjamas and yukata provided were very comfortable and the staff are helpful and kind. Would highly recommend!
