Pros:

浴場の営業時間がすごく長くて、旅行スケジュールを立てやすかったです。
館内もとてもいい香りで、朝食バイキングは種類も多くどれも美味しかったです。
懐石料理付きのプランで予約しようとしましたが、滞在日はすでに会席料理の予約が埋まってしまっていたので、早めに予約するべきでした。
部屋も清潔で快適でした。

J’ai apprécié le confort général, les services à disposition, les onsens privatifs et j’ai adoré le petit-déjeuner ! C’était très beau !

Cons:

J’ai moins aimé le repas du soir car je crois qu’il y a eu un malentendu avec la personne qui s’occupait de moi et entre moi et le menu. Ce qui fait que je m’attendais à d’autres choses sur la table… Sinon c’était très bon.

A very delightful stay in Kyoto
Pros:

- The room is spacious and clean
- The amenities are complete, I can just bring clothes and everything else is provided for: pyjama, toothbrush, shampoo and soap, hair tie, etc
- The public and private onsens are quite large and very well maintained
- The free ramen, ice cream and drinks as well as free yukata to be worn are delightful
- The breakfast spread is worth the money - so delicious and has large variety

Cons:

- It’s right beside a train station, but it’s one stop away from Kyoto train station (15mins train interval) and not directly connected to Gion. So location is not the most convenient for first timer to Kyoto.
- Breakfast ends at 930am, so you have to arrive latest by 9am which is too early for families with kids.

Pros:

Strategic location, very close to station, wonderful services and comfortable stays. Love the matcha ice cream stick and night time ramen! Superb kaiseki dinner experience and variety of options for breakfast. 5 stars for matcha ice cream popstick! Hahaha
