温泉気持ちいい！
Pros:

温泉はとてもよかったです。露天風呂もあって楽しめました。貸切風呂は混んでいて使えませんでした。マッサージチェアがあるのもよかったです。アイスもおいしくいただきました！

Let's be fair and call it a nice 4 stars hotel

There is a strong feeling that in one hand the management is pointing the hotel as a five star one ( defenetly with the.ptices ) on the second hand all is very average in this hotel.with strong feeling of saving. Very law return for money

清潔感もあり、スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしいし、温泉も大きいし、無料の夜鳴きそばも美味しかったし、非常に満足でした

Cons:

無理に欠点としてあげるとすれば、2泊3日だったのですが、ここの料金とは別に入浴税とかでチェックアウトの時に3,000円ちょっと取られた事くらいです

Hot springs are nice. Decent amenities, breakfast ok.

Cons:

DON’T WASTE TIME OR MONEY! Unbelievable strict policies. I tried to cxl within 4 hours of cancellation policy work ZERO response from them except they did not speak my language and hung up. This hotel is absolutely nothing close to $750/night that I paid, and even in high season $200 is about max in my opinion. Don’t book here, you can find very comparable accommodations much cheaper even if you wait to book close to arrival date in high season. So far from anything.
