Pros:

Everything! The room was cozy and comfortable with such charming views out the windows to the village and mountains.
The staff were friendly and welcoming and dinner at the restaurant was great.
Parking was easy even for our large van in the lot that is just a 2 min walk to the hotel.

Heerlijk hotel met uitstekende kamers en vriendelijke bediening.
Pros:

Mooi hotel op een prachtige locatie. Mooie schone kamer met goede bedden en een fijne badkamer.

Cons:

De tafels en stoelen in het restaurant zijn laag voor de huidige maatstaven, zeker voor langere mensen. In de bediening heeft niemand echt de leiding wat tot onduidelijke situaties leidt.

Eine gute Möglichkeit, wenn man in Andermatt kein Vermögen ausgeben will.
Pros:

Ich war im Nebenhaus, dafür günstiger. Ist klein aber neu und schön gemacht. Hat fast alles was man braucht - ein Kühlschrank fehlt - aber extrem viele Steckdosen 😀Das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück wirklich gut

Cons:

Wie bereits erwähnt fehlte ein Kühlschrank und man hätte einen Ventilator ausleihen können, wenn es noch heisser gewesen wäre. (Keine Klimaanlage)Kein Lift in den ersten Stock und Parkplätze vor dem Zimmer, daher nicht ganz ruhig.

If you are passing Andermatt and considering a stop over do not hesitate and use this fine hotel.
Pros:

After much research it was always going to be this hotel and it didn't disappoint. The location was perfect plus with the added bonus of parking. It was very Swiss authentic inside and out plus on arrival you knew immediately it was a great find. Check in was efficient and the gentleman at reception was extremely nice and polite. The room had the wow factor and was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was typical continental which was perfectly fine and always something for everyone.

Cons:

The only point I can make here is maybe air conditioning but I understand the reason why the rooms don't have considering their proximity in the alps. It's just we visited while the region was experiencing a heat wave.

the location is fantastic. we had a stop over on our way to lake garda and Andermatt and this hotel became our highlight of the holiday. we also took the cable car to Gütsch and hiked down again. the views in that area are just stunning

De kamer was ruim genoeg en alles was schoon.
Ook het uitzicht vonden wij mooi.

Cons:

Wij kwamen na een lange rit aan met onze elektrische auto. Geen internet, want geen eu land .. Toen we de dame vroegen of wij in de buurt onze auto ergens konden laden wist ze ons niet te helpen. Uiteindelijk bleek er een bijna om de hoek te zitten (geen snellader). Ook toen we weg gingen om wat te eten zat de dame op haar mobiel. Persoonlijk vind ik dat niet kunnen als je het gezicht van bent.

Pros:

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Leckeres Essen im hauseigenes Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Parkmöglichkeit für Fahrräder im abschliessbaren Skiraum. Gerne komme ich wieder.
