Obwohl alles bezahlt wurde, verlangte sie nochmals Geld für eine Person.
Sie war schon am Telefon nicht kompetent, jedoch freundlich.

Pros:

A very nice and comfortable hotel in a great location in the heart of Andermatt. The room was clean and pleasant, and overall we had a very good stay. The breakfast was quite simple and could have offered a little more variety, but otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Es war ein unvergesslicher und schöner Aufenthalt und gerne komme ich wieder!
Pros:

super gelegen, Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden, das Zimmer war wunderschön und mit Allem
was es braucht ausgestattet. Das Frühstück lecker und das Angebot tiptop, alle sind sehr freundlich - habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Beautiful Hotel but appalling unacceptable rude welcome

The family suite was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful view overlooking the town square. The property is in an excellent location, and the breakfast was good. Overall, the hotel itself was very pleasant.

Cons:

Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was rude, dismissive and disrespectful. Although it was pouring outside, she initially refused to let us wait in the seating area and abruptly told us the restaurant was full. However, when I approached the restaurant staff myself, a table became available within five minutes. Her behaviour upset our children so much that they refused to eat there, forcing us to walk through the rain to another restaurant. This was an unacceptable welcome and a poor reflection of Swiss hospitality. We strongly urge the hotel management to investigate this incident and take appropriate action.
