Arch Plaza - Near Yashobhoomi Convention Centre Dwarka

I would recommend this hotel, not very clean and it’s far from everything

I am very disappointed, we choose family room and there was no facility for the family, not enough water, no enough glasses. WiFi was not connected to the Tv, tv’s tatasky was not recharged.

Too noisy, throughout the day.

Front desk worker was running a scam.

I handed over my passport to check in, which he scanned and then told me I was booked for a different date. Turned me away and said no rooms were available for tonight.

I was then forced to pay 5600 rupees cash at a different hotel.

The next morning I saw in my app that the front desk had marked my stay as "completed" on hotels.com.

When I contacted Hotels.com customer service they reached out to Hotel Arch Plaza for a refund. When my name was mentioned, the front desk slammed the phone down.

Attached screenshot Google maps history shows I was at the hotel for 5 minutes and they will not refund a fraudulent stay.

After speaking to locals I was told that this is a common scam that occurs in this area.

Stay away from this place at all costs!

It is OK, convenient for street food and big street.

Stayed three nights here. All the staff were extremely kind and hospitable and they had some excellent and quick food service. If you are traveling on a budget I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Not too far from airport. Hotell taxi very good.

I requested for non smoking room but could not get one. No hot water all day. Hygiene was not so great.

A terrible place . 15-17km from airport. Can you believe a simple vegetarian food ( rice dal and a curry ) cost 500 INR. Room was terrible.

This hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were great. They were very helpful, one of the reception staff even going to the lengths of lending me his personal metro card so I could use the train! He also let me use his phone hotspot for the Internet as the internet was down during my stay due to storms.

The only reason I have only given it 3 stars is the location. It was marked as being close to Delhi airport, and on Google Maps it said only 15 minutes. But due to the freeways not being finished, there was a lot of back and forth on dirt roads, and it took a long time to get anywhere.

When I went into the centre of Delhi, I walked, then a bus, then walked again to Aerocity, then the Airport Express line into New Delhi station and the the metro around Delhi. It could be done, but it took 2 hours each way! Even from the airport itself it was difficult and took maybe 45min by taxi, (or logically about 1 hour by public transport).

I understand it is not the hotel's fault the state of the roads, and I feel bad giving them a lower rating when they were so nice, but it was not a good location for trying to get around anywhere.

Let's hope it improves in the future.

Nice and comfortable stay near Delhi airport at reasonable price. Stayed first time here and it’s a good find, would consider for future trips as well.

I was very comfortable. The property was well kept. The staff was great and I enjoyed having access to a nice restaurant in the hotel.
