Good location and a nice studio
Pros:

Good location with sea view, studio has all the equipment and appliance needed, staff reply very timely

Love apartment to complete the incredible stay
Pros:

Lovely little apartment. Walking distance from the center. Small, but comfortable. Perfect for even a longer stay. Has everything you might need.
I haven't met the staff in person, but they were very responsive to the messages and catered to our needs.

Cons:

The bed mattress was very very soft.
The shower walls could be a tad bit cleaner, but nothing that would be a real issue (I'm a perfectionist when it comes to cleaning).

Everything was OK
Pros:

The location was absolutely OK, you could be in the city center in 10 minutes. You had to go a bit up- or downwards when coming out of the building, but it wasn't a big deal even with all the snow and ice. By the way, if the keyboard for the code on the building's door doesn't seem to work, don't call the Norwegian number like we did, just open the door. :D
The appartement had more or less everything one needs, actually you could tell that they really tried to think things through.
The heating was OK after one adjusted the temperature (on the radiator). When we arrived it was set to 15 C and one window was open...
The wardrobe did have shelves as well.
We got 2x2 towels.
(Just reacting to reviews I had read before...)
On one night we could see the Northern lights from the window. :) /But they were of the weak sort which actually look (greenish-)grey in reality and only have colors on photos./

Cons:

There was nothing we could not live with.
However, the mattresses were the weakest point, some cheap spring mattresses, very 'springy', with the springs almost poking one's body.
All 3 windows (one is actually a balcony door) had curtains in dark colors, but they did not make the room dark enough.
What we really missed was a shelf or a caddy in the shower.
The bathroom did have a sewer smell when we arrived, one has to run the water in the shower and it disappears.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, bien placé, propre, possibilité de se faire à manger dans une ville où les restaurants sont pas terribles et très chers. Vue très belle

Bel emplacement dans une magnifique ville
Pros:

Excellent emplacement sur le port de Tromsø, très au calme.
Aucun bruit dans la résidence.
Le bus 42 dépose à deux pas de l'appartement en arrivant de l'aéroport. Très pratique.
Très grand lit confortable et appartement bien équipé dans l'ensemble.

Cons:

Arrivée très impersonnelle avec l'envoi des codes par mail et SMS. Aucun contact avec le logeur qui sait envoyer les consignes d'utilisation par mail sans répondre aux nôtres.
La TV fonctionnait en langue grecque, ça a été signalé...j'attends toujours le technicien.
La bouilloire est brulée au fond et donne un gout à l'eau, ça a aussi été signalé, sans être suivi d'effet.
Le four était sale, la vaisselle aussi et les vitres auraient bien besoin d'un coup de chiffon.

Molto ben
Pros:

Monolocale standard a due passi dal centro di Tromsoe e da tutti i servizi, compresi i bus che collegano la città all’aeroporto e a tutta la zona.

C’è tutto il necessario per una breve vacanza. Chiaro, non ci si deve aspettare la cura che troviamo negli appartamenti che ora ci sono in Italia però per il contesto non posso che essere contento, anche considerando che in casa ci stai poco! Ci tornerei sicuramente. Procedura di check-in e check-out molto comoda, Wifi perfetto e casa calda.

Pros:

Estuvo excelente. La ubicación maravillosa podiamos ir a cualquier punto de interés en Tromso andando, está bastante céntrico y tranquilo. La calefacción funciona muy bien, es bastante cómodo.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gusto demasiado es que la cama era un sofa cama realmente, con una colchoneta que estaba bastante blandita y se hundía hacia el centro, parecía vencida, esto podría mejorar aunque dentro de todo pude dormir bien.
