Pros:

Great design. Spacious common area. Size of the room ( even if it was a room disabled people)

Cons:

O quarto era maior do que esperado... embora fosse um quarto adaptado para pessoas com deficiência, não foi um problema.
Quarto muito limpo
A região do hotel era muito boa e nos sentimos bastante seguros. Muitas opções de restaurantes, cafés e mercados nas proximidades.

No proper black out during the night, lots of light in the morning. Not a lot of room to work. Bed is a bit small for two!

Fabelhaftes Frühstück. Minimalistisches Design im Zimmer mit Parkettboden. Gute Pflegeprodukte.
Üppige Dekoration in Bar und Lobby.
Angenehme Lage mit vielen Lokalen und Lebensmittelgeschäften in der Nähe. 10 Fussminuten zum wunderbaren Hydepark, 15 Minuten zum Portobello Road Market.

Cons:

Personal ist etwas auf der unprofessionellen Seite. Theoretisch ist alles digitalisiert, was leider dazu führt, dass alles länger dauert.

Great location, amazing breakfast and nice basic, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The best hotel breakfast I've ever had- so much variety and all fresh. The pastries were particularly good! Location was really close to the tube and had 2 supermarkets and a chemist within minutes. Great restaurants around.
