Tolles Hotel und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, super Lage, tolles Design des Hotels, leckeres Frühstück, eine toll eingerichtete Bar und schöne und saubere Zimmer. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, sehr nah zu Bus und Metro, Supermärkte wie Tesco und M&S 2min entfernt und viele Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Wir haben in der ersten Nacht ein "accessible" Zimmer bekommen, obwohl kein Bedarf da war und uns nicht kommuniziert wurde, dass wir diese Zimmer Art bekommen. Die Ausstattung war für uns umständlich und ungemütlich und es wurde auf unserer Bitte um ein neues Zimmer nicht sehr verständnisvoll reagiert. Wir wollten nur das Zimmer, was wir gebucht haben. Nachdem wir das richtige Zimmer bekommen haben war aber unser Aufenthalt toll!

Lovely
Pros:

Bed was extremely comfortable - room was quiet - I was at back of building so lovely view - room small but enough . Stayed after 24hr flight and slept off the jet lag

Cons:

Only criticism- wooden edges on bed should be rounded off - small room meant bruised shins

Pros:

Frukosten var bra, stort utbud av fräscha produkter.

Cons:

Gillade inte att de lade på dricks när man handlade i baren. De tog bort den när man bad dem men det uppskattades inte av dem.
Hotellet är en work hub, många sitter o jobbar i en "cool" miljö. Det är inte för den som söker lugnet.

Pros:

Great location. Very comfortable bed. The shower is also great!

Cons:

Their check in system is still pretty cumbersome. It is "self-service", but asks lots of questions, and since I have stayed there several times, it would be better if their system remembers those who have stayed before.
