Beautiful stay in this amazing hotel
Pros:

The hotel is amazing, beautiful and modern. I really liked my room, and the bed was so comfortable! The staff were very friendly, and I received a drink voucher for skipping room cleaning during my stay, since I only stayed for two nights - which was a really eco-friendly initiative.

The location is great, just a 5-minute walk from Notting Hill Station.
I would definitely come back on my next visit to London!

Like the location but the hotel was not for us.

Lobby area was very good.

Cons:

Rooms was not great.
No phones in the room. We booked for 2 people. We had only one big towel in the room. Since no phone in the room, couldn’t ask for extra towel to deliver to our room so me and my husband had to share the towel. Not enough space to put your stuff in the room. Also was not so clean especially shower.

L'hôtel est bien placé, le personnel n'est pas désagréable (sans toutefois être le plus accueillant au monde) et le petit déjeuner est bon.

Cons:

Notre chambre avait de nombreux problèmes dont celui très dérangeant d'avoir des canalisations bouchées : impossible de prendre une douche de plus de 2 minutes ou de se brosser les dents sans que l'eau ne déborde. Nous avons prévenu l'accueil de ce problème, sans que cela ne semble les surprendre ni que l'employé ne propose un dédommagement pour la gêne occasionnée. Au prix de la chambre, cela n'est pas normal. De plus, il manquait des serviettes à notre arrivée.
