Good location and good value by London standards. Will be back.
Pros:

We’ve stayed many times at this hotel and this time we had the most spacious bedroom to date, on the sixth floor. Bright corner bedroom with two windows: nice.

Cons:

There was no cupboard space whatsoever, just a few hooks with hangers on a wall. No drawers, no shelves. Very insufficient and inadequate.
Buffet breakfast is quite nice and plentiful but clearing of tables and dishes was too slow. Did it ourselves.

Loved everything about my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again

Soggiorno davvero piacevole
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo hotel. La camera era confortevole e dotata di tutti i servizi essenziali per un soggiorno comodo. Nonostante l’hotel si trovi su una strada frequentata, l’insonorizzazione è ottima e non si percepiscono rumori fastidiosi dall’esterno. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto la presenza delle prese USB in camera, che ci hanno permesso di ricaricare i dispositivi senza dover acquistare un adattatore.
Unica pecca: la finestra non si apre.

La posizione è davvero buona: l’hotel si trova a pochi passi da Notting Hill e da Portobello Road.
Inoltre a pochi passi sono presenti sia la fermata della metropolitana sia quella degli autobus.

Il personale si è dimostrato davvero gentile, cordiale e disponibile a fornire informazioni o assistenza durante il soggiorno.

Molto buona anche la colazione a buffet, varia e ben assortita, con un’ampia scelta sia di prodotti dolci che salati. È inoltre presente una caffetteria dove viene preparato anche il caffè espresso. Sul piano delle camere è disponibile tutto l’occorrente per prepararsi il tè.

Nel complesso, un’ottima esperienza che consigliamo sicuramente

Excelente opción en Notting Hill
Pros:

Todo. Es un lugar hermoso, limpio y muy bien ubicado . El desayuno es variado y el personal muy agradable. Como plus tiene mesones en los pisos donde puedes tomar café y té gratis durante todo el día . El proceso de check out es muy rápido .

Cons:

Siendo muy exigente no me gustó que no tuviera huevos fritos o revueltos ya que solo tenían cocidos pero es algo de gusto personal. El alojamiento es un 10/10.

Peaceful haven in the midst of Notting Hill Gate
Pros:

Location - excellent for tube and public transport - good selection of grocery/ bakery/ pharmacy ‘next door’ to hotel - hotel within walking distance of Kensington Palace and Parks -
My assigned room was at rear of building and was extremely quiet -very peaceful

Cons:

Nothing - perhaps a greater selection of food choices within hotel but I personally like to go out to eat and there was a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries close by.

מלון מדליק עם תמורה גבוהה למחיר
Pros:

מלון במחיר מאוד משתלם, אמנם מציע שירותים בסיסיים אבל יש אווירה של הרבה יותר מזה וזאת בזכות העיצוב והטאצ'ים הקטנים.
קרלוס היה מאוד נחמד ונתן לי הרגשה שיש לי ידיד במלון שהוא יותר מאיש צוות. גם אלכס היתה מאוד רגישה ואמפטית למצבי (הייתי תקועה בלונדון עקב מצב מלחמה בארצי).
כשביקשתי התחשבות במחיר, קיבלתי שתי ארוחות בוקר על חשבון המלון.
החדרים מרווחים (גרתי בשני סוגים לאורך התקופה) ומתוכננים בצורה חכמה.

Cons:

הזרם במקלחת קצת חלש והמים לא היו מספיק חמים.
ביקשתי שיתחשבו בי במחיר כי נשארתי בלונדון 8 ימים מעבר למתוכנן ולא הסכימו. אפילו נאלצתי לעבור לחדר קצת יקר יותר.

Decent hotel
Pros:

Really nice hotel with its own vibe in perfect location. Great and stylish lobby, excellent breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable and wide bed, good shower, very convenient station with tea and coffee on each floor, friendly and helpful staff (many thanks to Carlos and Stephany!). We would really love to stay here again.

Cons:

The wardrobe is rather small with just a 2 shelves, one of which is taken by the safe-box - there's not too much space for the clothes.
The sink in the room is OK, but the soap dispenser is rather far from it, so the surface around always get wet.

Pros:

Stutgura friendly e con rispetto per l’ambiente. Colorata accogliente e vivace. Camera pulitissima e nuova... profumata… tende profumate e finestra a tutta parete con vista sui tetti ( eravamo al 5 piano camera lovely 515). Nessun disagio dovuto al fatto che non avevamo in camera un’apertura verso l’esterno ( finestra o balcone). No moquette, no coperte in lana stravecchie e piene di acari 😊 L’accesso alla ampissima e super funzionale doccia è dal bagno.
L’illuminazione della camera trasmette relax e buon umore. Camera insonorizzata bene. Il servizio di pulizia e tutto lo staff si è dimostrato professionale, attento ai bisogni e molto accogliente.

Pros:

On our first night, staff was very welcoming and has a charming aura on him (didn't get his name but he was an Asian guy) and was very attentive while we were having our drinks, even offered us complimentary popcorn and Yulia, a female staff during our breakfast on our last day was helpful and was talking to us asking about our stay.

Cons:

We went for breakfast on our second day and when we said our room, the staff said that we already had our breakfast. I told her that we just got down, she even asked my name. She said it was alright later on but I wasn't sure if she just mistook it by looking at the computer or somebody had mentioned our room and they could have checked the card prior. This helps preventing confusion among guests.

Breakfast could improve more on maybe replenshing empty plates - we didn't have any mozzarella with tomatoes and the plate was empty for so long since we arrived at 09:30 (breakfast was until 11). Overall, breakfast is one of the best I had in any of our hotel stays in London. Place is very modern and clean. Totally worth staying there.
