A perfect stay at Hotel Opuntia — fantastic location, spotless room, amazing breakfast, and truly wonderful service.
Pros:

We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Opuntia and couldn’t be happier with our experience!
The location is absolutely excellent perfect for exploring beautiful Mijas and enjoying everything the area has to offer.
Our room was lovely and absolutely spotless. The shower was great (always a big plus!) and the bed was incredibly comfy.
Breakfast was a real highlight. We chose the Mediterranean breakfast and it was amazing — fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It was served by a very friendly and lovely lady who shared with us information from around the area.
Honestly, 10 out of 10 for us. We had such a great time and we’ll definitely be back again very soon!

Aangenaam kleinschalig hotel in het hart van het dorp
Pros:

Sfeervol hotel midden in het dorp, vriendelijk personeel. Binnentuin en dakterras zijn heerlijk om te zitten

Er is lawaai van de straat, heb je ‘S nachts overigens weinig last van

A fantastic little hotel right in the centre of Mijas pueblo. I highly recommend it, best hotel I’ve stayed in for a lon
Pros:

Everything was spotlessly clean. Bed was super comfy, staff were so helpful and friendly. We appreciated the extra little touches. Extra bottled water, fruit basket, good coffee machine and the thing I’ve never seen in a hotel before, makeup removal wipes, which was great as I’d forgotten to pack my own. The welcome complimentary drink on arrive was also a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and so was the service.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike!

Great place, great location.
Pros:

We had the large suite (room 8) and it was lovely, with a full kitchen and living room. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had a choice of breakfasts, included, with cappuccinos. And the staff was wonderful, particularly Mammen who gave us lots of helpful tips about things to do in Mijas Pueblo.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff and although the beds could be better I would go stay there again.
Pros:

Perfectly positioned in the centre of Mijas Pueblo. Delightful staff, delicious breakfast not to be missed. Good sized rooms. The hotel is well laid out. Lots of interesting art pieces in the adjoining gallery/shop.

Cons:

Although the general staff were very helpful I thought it was odd that there was no obvious manager there to answer questions or just to say ‘hello’ to guests. It was difficult to know who was in charge. The rooms were a good size and very clean but the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable and the pillows were hard. The staff did work hard to try to find soft pillows for me with some success. A pillow menu would be a good addition.

Δεν πάει το αυτοκίνητο μέχρι το ξενοδοχείο μέχρι εκεί. Αν έχετε μεγάλη βαλίτσα, από το πάρκιγκ μέχρι το ξενοδοχείο είναι μεγάλη η ανηφόρα. Δεν έχει καλή ηχομόνωση

Aangenaam verrast!
Pros:

Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Elke dag kon je kiezen tussen 5-6 verschillende soorten ontbijt. Zeer goede locatie, dicht gelegen in het centrum maar zeer rustig op de kamer zelf. Airco was aanwezig. Ik raad dit aan! Leuk stadje en mooie plaats om wandelingen te maken.

Er waren geen slechte tegenvallers
