كان عندي اب قريد للغرفه وماعطوني بسبب ان الغرفه مش متاحه وانا مسويه جك ان الساعه 3 طلبت غرفه فيها فيو بعد يقول مافيه

The facilities are nice and yhe location is great. The eay they handled the delay in check-in process shows they appreciate their guests.

Cons:

Only one elevator goes down towards the parking. Without the elevator you have to go in and out of the parking from the adjacent mall.
