Tôi k được nhận phòng. Với lý do là ks đã ngừng hợp tác với booking. Trong khi sáng ngày nhận phòng tôi đã gọi xác nhận phòng và báo giờ đến trể thì lễ tân vẫn ok không có nói là k nhận khách. Hơn 10h đêm tôi đến thì lễ tân lại bảo hết phòng và đã ngừng hợp tác với booking
