It would be nice to have been compensated for two days without hot water.

The staff was friendly and mostly met our expectations.

Cons:

The facility seemed to be a place for pot heads to hang out. The grounds were littered with trash and no one seemed to know how to be a good pet parent. We were traveling with our dog and ALWAYS picked up her pooped. Come on - pick up after your pets. If you can’t enforce the rule then have someone on staff patrol the areas and do it. Staff and tenants hung out by the entrance/exit doors smoking. This meant that non-smokers, US, had to walk through cigarette and pot smoke to enter or exit the building. The first night we were in the wrong room so the next morning we were moved. Two days later we were moved again because apparently that room had no hot water and was supposed to be placed on a "do not use list.” Our third room was okay but on the fourth floor when we had requested a ground level floor weeks prior to our stay. It could be a great place to stay if these few things were addressed.

Overall it’s Ok for the price. Not bad for a short stay. Great option for Pet Owners
Pros:

Spacious room. The full-size fridge and freezer were really convenient. I like that there were no carpets in the room. And really appreciated that they are dog friendly and offer a super affordable pet fee ($10 a night).

Cons:

I didn’t like the front desk hours. No one is available to help until 10 am on weekends. I had somewhere to be on Saturday at 9 am but was late because there wasn’t an iron in the room and I had to wait for the front desk to open at 10 to get an iron . So just bring your own iron. There’s also no kitchen supplies so if you plan to use the kitchen bring everything you need for it.

While the room was mostly clean, there were visible dust bunnies in the sheets. I had to dust the bed off before we could sleep in it. And the pillows are really flat, had to fold them to have cushion.

Pros:

The staff was always very nice. The “hardwood floors” were great!

Cons:

I didn’t like the constant noise from the room above me, dogs barking for hours on end, running back and forth until 1-2am.

Pros:

Room was spacious. Pet friendly.

Cons:

Not enough pillows couldn't get another blanket when asked. No ice machines. You would need to bring everything so you could cook

Muy sucio no limpian siempre solo 2 veces a la semana el elevador tenía mal olor y sucio
Las almohadas son de mala calidad y el colchón también es un lugar de paso una noche y nada más.
El ruido de los carros toda la noche hace difícil un buen descanso.

Would only stay here again if we needed a very cheap and quick stay, would look into higher value properties next time

Staff was really nice.

Cons:

The floors were very sticky and dirty upon arriving, and the ac / heat didn’t help, the floor material was cheap, the beds were very low to the ground and very thin as well.
