I didnt like that the elevator had a smell to it, like someone took a pee in it probably someone dog, guest let there dog take a shit anywhere and dont clean it up, thats not on the hotel tho I just feel like if your bringing your animals have respect. the water was shut off with no warning to the guests a phone call or notice on the door would of been respectful to paying guests.

Eu fiz a reserva para 3 dias que incluía os utensílios de cozinha, ao chegar no quarto, após passar por corredores extremamente mal cheiroso, percebi que não tinha absolutamente nada. Liguei na recepção e me informaram que não tinham, que eles ate tem para alugar (precisaria comprar novamente o serviço) mas não tinha também. Liguei depois para perguntar se disponibilizam de cabides, pois não tinha no quarto, e eu tinha de ir ate a recepção buscar. Depois liguei uma terceira vez para perguntar sobre os travesseiros, que tinha só dois bem finos na cama, e a toalha de piso do banheiro, que não tinha, e me perguntaram se eu ainda não tinha percebido se ali não era um hotel 5 estrelas, que se eu quisesse era o que tinha no quarto, ou eu poderia estar fazendo o check-out. Isso ainda nem falei na sujeira do quarto, onde eu não tive a coragem de andar descalço, com uma sujeira maior ainda de baixo da cama (incluindo itens de hóspedes anteriores). Não indico a ninguém essa estadia.

I was very disappointed in this place nothing was like they put in their pictures and they said the room was supposed to be fully empty with everything you need to use for your kitchen use, there was nothing in the kitchen to use and the guy at the front desk told me when I asked him about it that the app was and old one and they didn't do that anymore, I said you are false advertising your rooms and you should remove it there wasn't even any toilet paper in the bathroom and when I asked about that he said we'll i can give you some of that. I have never been so mad and disappointed with anyone or any place that I have ever stayed the floor was nasty, your feet were dirty when you looked at the bottom of them,i requested a shower chair for the bathroom and he said they don't have those but the rooms that had handicapped bars were already full i asked him why I wasn't given one of those rooms because I had reserved my room a few weeks ago he didn't know. I found out from some other people staying there that there rooms had everything in the kitchen that it was supposed to. The bar in the bathtub that's supposed to hold your shampoo in guess I was trying to hold on to it because I was having trouble getting in and out of the tub and it fell off and I almost fell in the tub. I would have left if I could have gotten my money back, I would never stay there again and I think that booking should check out the places they use i would like to have my money refunded i can't tell you how disappointed and inconvenience I was this weekend.

Website needed to be in sync with hotel

At night time there's people that stand around by the doors and make you feel uncomfortable when you go in. Drinking alcohol just being loitering and drunk. There's a small trapped alligator and the retention pond behind the hotel. I don't understand why they only gave me one towel they said there were towels in the room but there were not. And I had one wash cloth. This is basically an apartment building. Also there is no ice machine.
