Extended stay hotel. They assumed I was some one who was homeless and just renting the room for the night. Would only give me one towel. When there was 2 ppl that I paid for and I wanted my pet to be included and I thought I did that through booking.com but when I got there they charged me extra $16.43. I had to call and ask for the Wi-Fi code. Not to mention when I got there my room key wouldn't work three different times and I ended up having to be moved to a different room. And I had already asked to use the restroom downstairs and they told me they didn't have a restroom for guests and I had to wait a whole other 15 minutes to get in my room because the keys wouldn't work. There's not much I liked about this place.
At night time there's people that stand around by the doors and make you feel uncomfortable when you go in. Drinking alcohol just being loitering and drunk. There's a small trapped alligator and the retention pond behind the hotel. I don't understand why they only gave me one towel they said there were towels in the room but there were not. And I had one wash cloth. This is basically an apartment building. Also there is no ice machine.
It’s very clean I love it
Nothing
Cómodo
Nothing at all the young man at the front desk is rude. There is nothing about this hotel that is acceptable. Keep your money and stay somewhere else.
Everything from the staffing to the uncleanliness of the room. This is a terrible establishment that should be shut down!
There was no breakfast.
No cooking utensils. Had a nice fridge and stove.
Location was good and exta hot showers
First room couldn't get into even the guy that worked there couldn't get the door open then the next room wasnt swept seen dirt all in the floor and old potato chip
Room was very clean. No problems with that.
We arrived on Friday afternoon and went right out to dinner. Came back to the room late and found that there was less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the room. The desk attendant said that he couldn't issue supplies "after hours". ???? I went out to buy MY OWN toilet paper. We then found that the remote control for the TV did not work. I took the remote down to the attendant and he replaced it. Still did not work. He told me he would have his tech check it out in the morning. We came back to the room the next evening and still no TV; nothing had been touched - the remote was exactly where I left it.
Lastly; it's a suite?? And if you want a coffee maker, you have to rent it for an additional charge??? : (
