Pros:

The staff and room were great, it's a shame I came in late and had to leave early therefore didn't make full use of facilities but will be back on my next visit

Pros:

Overall, I would first like to say a few words about Cambodia as a country. It became the 103rd country I have visited. The people are wonderful, and it is a beautiful country no matter where I went. Everywhere I met only kind and amazing people. Cambodia is truly a great place. As for the hotel, it is excellent. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful at every level — from the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping. The service is absolutely top-notch. Whoever is responsible for hiring the team did a fantastic job. The breakfast is good and offers enough variety for everyone to find something they like. The only small suggestion I would make is to include a bit more fruit — perhaps bananas and apples. Other than that, everything is great. The gym deserves a special mention — it is simply incredible. The fitness facilities are of the highest standard. For anyone who wants to stay in shape, this hotel is definitely the right choice. Swimming pool good and clean. In room always water to drink 👍.
Overall, I am very satisfied with everything. Thank you!

A corporate/business hotel. Not suitable for couples or holiday makers.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

A conference/business hotel. Staff efficient but not relaxed. Booked room with balcony but no seats or table 🤷‍♀️. WiFi sporadic. We wanted to play game in lounge but were refused. Would NOT recommend.

Fantastic stay
Pros:

The facilites - the gym was phenomenal inc a boxing ring and the his and her plunge pools and salt saunas which were all free . The infinity pool was great and a great view over the mekong river and there were sun umbrellas for shade which a lot of the other hotels lacked. The breakfast was excellent and there was so much choice inc freshly cooked waffles and the staff were so attentive at topping up water and clearing plates away. All the staff were so friendly from ley ley on reception to the supervisor lady at breakfast to Chris the general manager. It really is an excellent top 5 star hotel and deserves all the awards it has won .

Cons:

The location and the lack of mirror near any where you can plug a hair dryer or hair straighteners in as the only mirror is in the bathroom with only a shaver socket.
