The hotel was very well laid out, clean and spacious. The team were excellent a helpful. Although we didn’t make use of it they have their own bar and restaurant attached. Great location in the riverside edge of the old town. Right by the main square and an easy and pleasant stroll to the Guggenheim. Would thoroughly recommend.

Everything great about this hotel so clean staff very helpful, lounge for relaxation on 1st floor. Excellent adjoining restaurant/bar. fantastic location for sights and transport links. Would definitely stay again

The reception staff was very friendly and helped orient us to the important sites to visit around town. The room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable.

The hotel design was very sleek and the staff was very friendly. However the beds (mattresses and pillows) were terrible. The hard foam mattress and cheap foam pillows were hot and made my back and neck hurt all night and well into the following days. This is one of the more expensive hotels in the area so bedding this uncomfortable is unacceptable at this price point.

Clean and tidy hotel on the edge of the old town. Conveniently located near the Train station / river so also good access into the city.

I really loved this hotel, it is in a great location on the edge of the old town, near the river. Our room was amazing and the bed is the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Staff were really friendly, they even left us a welcome bottle of red wine. The bar/cafe on the ground floor has a great vibe, we usually finished our day with a drink in the bar. We didn’t opt for the pre booked breakfast, but the bar had lovely pastries, breads etc that we had instead. I highly recommend this very lovely hotel.

Perfectly fine hotel but for the price point in a non-major city I would have expected a lot more. Barebones amenities in the room (no extra towels, no shampoo or conditioner, no bath robes, no mini fridge in room, no coffee machine). Rooms are well designed and clean but just missing that extra something. Reception / front desk was fine, nothing special.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel in an ideal location. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. There were just a few amenities missing that would have made it better: a makeup mirror and tissues and water. They provide a bottle of water on your first day only which is annoying and inconvenient. Any place with any class will give you a bottle of water everyday. I asked and was refused. Otherwise, a very nice hotel.
