Comporta is beautiful: but hotel was not for relaxing
Pros:

Poolside one could hear they had drills using in a bedroom so had to go to jncquoi , explained to the manager and she was not bothered! Last night we were woken up by 10 minutes of alarm going : we woke up and got our passports and ready to run away , the alarm stopped: mentioned in the morning to the receptionist they said it was something little!

Breakfast very good. Location excellent . Great staff.

Cons:

Thought the fittings/furnishings for the room and particularly the private roof terrrace (which is separately accessed) were not up to scratch for a premium hotel. Not worth the premium for the terrace
