Friendly staff, convenient location.
Pros:

Convenient location near the river, few bars and restaurants nearby. Loved that they gave free slippers every day, also offered free pajamas. Washing & Drying machines located downstairs.

Cons:

Sink does not drain fast enough - would overflow with water.

The staff, the gym and the bakery on the first floor.

Well, I really didn’t want to leave, I felt even better than at home.
Pros:

I’ve stayed here twice and I’ll keep doing so every time I’ll go back to Seoul. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful, I love the access to the gym and obviously the bakery, mandatory pit stop every morning. Without forgetting that is very well connected with all the rest of the city and Han River is only a short walk away. I love it here.

Comfortable and clean by river sunrise
Pros:

I love the location. The sunrises from the river are beautiful and you can walk for miles in either direction. There are so many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

One night I was woken up more than once by the heavy steps of workers or visitors on the 14th floor above me. Other than that one night it was a quiet place to stay.

Pros:

位置就在地铁站出口超级方便，坐机场大巴就在门口。整体小而精致，微笑服务，楼下的咖啡馆很文艺，凭房卡还能打折。智能体系做的不错，退房在平板上操作，很便捷。

一樓是咖啡廳 整個環境非常漂亮
離地鐵站非常近,附近吃的喝的也很多 不用怕餓到
晚上很安靜
櫃檯人員的英文很好也很親切
提早到因為房間已經整理好了所以有讓我們提前入住
