Kasa Bryn Mawr Minneapolis

Arenza, the property manager, was present for us from the moment we arrived until four days later when we left. The property was clean, safe and centrally located. Arenza's cheerfulness and professionalism made the stay particularly enjoyable. You'll like nearby "Cup of Java" for coffee and breakfast.

The location is good, and it was very clean. There was a lack of towel racks in the bathroom. There are no grab bars in the tub, though the shower was nice. The kitchen was minimally stocked for cooking, (2 pots and 2 skillets, all of which are well used). There is very limited space to store clothes. There is no dresser or bureau. The garage was nice, and parking spots were right below the unit., which made it convenient.

It was a decent size apartment but I would not stay here again.

Pros: This was a good sized apartment for four people to share. Parking felt secure. Check in process was organized. Nice appearance from the outside.

Cons: apartment is in a sketchy area. Only one TV in the whole apartment, and we could not get it to connect to WiFi to use Hulu/other streaming apps. There was no diving room table and the bar stools were uncomfortable. The smell of weed is extremely strong in the hallways and in the unit itself. There are no ceiling fans so there’s no airflow in the unit - we all were either hot or cold the whole stay. Everytime we used the stove, the fire alarm went off even when there was nothing burning/no visible smoke.
This apartment feels like it was put together with the cheapest furniture possible, and not thinking of guest comfort. If there were ceiling fans, TVs in the bedrooms and more comfortable furniture, then I think this could be a nice place to stay.

Our experience at Kasa Minneapolis was unfortunately not what we expected. The unit itself was clean and functional, but several important factors made our stay disappointing. The unit was much noisier than anticipated, because of the lack of soundproofing between units, especially at night, and the surrounding neighborhood felt run-down and less welcoming than advertised.

We were also surprised by the lack of nearby amenities—there were no restaurants or grocery stores within a reasonable walking distance, which made daily needs inconvenient. Overall, while the unit may suit some travelers, it did not meet our expectations for comfort, location, or accessibility. I would suggest not staying at this location.

Great neighborhood. Clean, pretty quiet. Nearby to sporting events and local eateries. I would recommend a trip to Misfits Coffee. A short walk for some great espresso.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It felt safe, and it was nice to have a big kitchen stocked with basic cooking utensils. The connected parking garage was very convenient and easy to use. The check-in was pretty easy, and they gave detailed instructions with photos so it was easy to follow and understand.

We had a great stay. Check in/out was easy and the host was very fast to respond to any questions we had

A nice place to stay while in Minneapolis.
About a 30 minute walk to Target Field, so perfect for those who don’t mind walking.

Minneapolis has a lot tourist attractions.Hotel was nice and clean.

Unfortunately hardly any dining or shops around.
The only problem I got was opening that gadget to get to the elevator fob,it takes a bit to get it to work otherwise my stay was very pleasant.

Stayed for a holiday weekend and needed a good kitchen for cooking and hosting a family meal. It was perfect and well equipped. Very nice apartment, comfortable bed, lovely balcony. Conveniently located to downtown Minneapolis.

I liked the privacy. I likedvthe cleanliness.
I didn't like the safety of the bathroom tub.

It was a pretty quiet area and very clean.after we figured out the entry lock system it was smooth sailing after that.

Well equipped comfortable apartment. Convoluted check in process, multiple codes (building door, elevator code, apartment entry, garage door opener, etc). They were unable to provide a missing bedding item despite multiple communications throughout the day of checking in and into that evening. They texted many misleading responses reassuring it would be provided and by bedtime one of the beds was still not provided with sheets. They finally offered a change of room nearly 1 o’clock in the morning. We opted to just wait till the following day to get sheets from them rather than moving. Clearly they have no staff soon after the check-in hour to address any on-site issues as simple as providing missing sheets.

Great location with easy access to all of the metro area. Super easy, no hassle check-in. Staff readily available by phone or text( real people, no phone trees or AI!!!!!) Heated parking. Clean modern apartment with all the amenities to make it seem like a home away from home.

Wanted to get away for a few days and was very quick to setup my stay with Kasa. Spacious and comfortable. They have an easy step by step interface/navigation on their website too. I would definitely stay again at a place by Kasa, appreciate the hospitality!
