El servicio muy amable. Yo pagué por una suite. Tengo entendido que son las habitaciones más caras, con jacuzzi. Y cuando llegué ví que tenía jacuzzi, pero no tenía ventana la habitación. Todo cerrado. Pero el muchacho de check in fue muy amable. Me ayudó a cambiarme a una habitación con ventana, para no sentir esa sensación de estar encerrada en 4 paredes.

Cons:

Las porciones de desayuno mi marido lo sintió insuficiente. No se puede repetir. Para mí estaban bien porque estoy en plan de adelgazar. Pero no es como en otros hoteles en que uno tiene un desayuno en que puede servirse mucha comida.

Sin agua y sin luz

Tamaño de la habitación y cama.
No había luz ni agua por 2 horas casi 3
No hay cambiadores para bebé
En el menú no hay comida para el bb y es un puro pero para que calienten la comida papilla del bebé
La habitación no se parecía en nada a las fotos que vi en booking
La playa queda lejos y el hotel está ubicado en la parte más fea del puerto

Pros:

La atención personalizada es excelente y la comida del restaurante muy buena en cuanto a precio-calidad

Cons:

Pienso que deberían de tener dos tarjetas de llave por habitación porque al salir la habitación obviamente se cierra, la tarjeta no se puede llevar con uno porque quien queda en la habitación se queda sin luz y entonces el que está adentro debe estar atento a cuando el otro llegue para abrirle eso no nos gustó porque la persona puede estar en la ducha o durmiendo y tiene que estar pendiente. Tampoco el internet es de alta velocidad como dicen
