Needs serious maintenance and renovations. The building might come down without that.

It’s a convenient location with competitive pricing.

Cons:

The place needs serious renovation and maintenance. In my room I had to switch of the AC because I felt cold and when I woke up the next day, the whole floor was covered in water. I don’t know where the water came from, most likely some broken pipe somewhere but it was bad. Even when i just checked in the room, the bathroom walls to floor was drenched in water. I did complain to the staff the next day.

Good location, friendly staff and clean and comfortable room. Provided with water and tea, fridge and toiletries. Good food options in the are plus nice rooftop bar.

Cons:

Bit noisy in rooms facing towards the road. Maybe some double glazing needed.

Cool Hotel, Good Base For Bandra.
Pros:

Staff were friendly, room was huge, cafe area was cool. Location for me was perfect, really easy to Bandra West and explore markets etc from this base.

Cons:

I was on 6th floor which is one below the rooftop bar and it was a little noisy one night but no major issue.
