This was our third visit to Bloom
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, great choices
Very helpful staff. Vaijnath Dokare, the catering Mgr has trained his staff well & always making sure Customers were well serviced.

Cons:

One evening there was extremely loud music coming from the Banqueting Hall & carried on till well after 1130pm.
Not acceptable. Guests come first not a wedding party.

* Cleaning staff did a good job keeping room tidy and clean
* Speedy and good room service / housekeeping service
* Fresh cooking of breakfast eggs and local specialities
* Rooftop bar and exquisite coffees in coffeeshop behind lobby

Cons:

* Some parts of interior and the breakfast room could use a refurbishment
* For longer stays the variation of breakfast food becomes bit boring (more variation required)
* Long wait for warm shower / unstable warm water supply
* For this level of luxury prices are high
* Maintenance of AC unit

Location. Compact but thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Tasty Indian and continental breakfast.

Cons:

Misleading advertising about the Ayurvedic massage. At the time of booking I told the FoH I had enjoyed 4 previous Ayurvedic massages with the hot oil (Fort Kochi, Munner, Aleppey, Kovalam) and was thinking about no. 5. The massage I was given was not Ayurvedic! The oil was not warmed, the massage technique more traditional and most importantly the oil was not Ayurvedic oil. Disappointed and FoH was unwilling to accept the feedback. Don’t offer Ayurvedic massage if you can’t supply.

A nice place in Bandra
Pros:

Well located hotel in a crowded city. Bandra is central and "relaxed" with plenty of restaurants around.
The restaurant of the hotel and the roof too bar are really nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Prices are in the range of what you can get for a clean place in Bandra area

Cons:

The room smelled of mold.

Safe, comfortable and lovely location
Pros:

Great location, close to airport, shopping and easily accessible. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good options for breakfast. Safe location when travelling with children.

Cons:

2 rooms had the toilet in the shower (wet bathroom). The floors were very slippery both in the rooms and bathroom. The staff didn't understand when we asked for mats for the bathroom to prevent slipping for an elderly person but they eventually provided a stool for the shower.

Dreckiger & klebriger Fußboden.
Offene und dreckige Decke über der Dusche.
