Lo céntrico al centro de Querétaro

Cons:

Dan una pésima atención para la entrega de facturas y al momento de realizar el check out no había nadie en la recepción me pidieron que fuera a realizar el check out a otro hotel filial de ellos. El personal que me atendió para la factura muy mala ya que tardaron más de 24 hrs en responder y se ponen groseros para atenderte pésima atención

Pros:

Lo único bueno que tiene esta habitación es la ubicación del hotel y el precio "accesible"

Cons:

Cama incómoda, cortinas delgadas, entra toda la luz y no tienes privacidad, el baño huele mucho a humedad, entra demasiado frío, ropa de cama cuestionable, la verdad que no volvería a hospedarme. Es un hotel para una sola noche y de paso.

No había personal en recepción,no podíamos salir ya que estaban cerradas las instalaciones,el desayuno incluido no había ya que el restaurante no estaba funcionando y te mandaban a otros hoteles más lejos,no hicieron limpieza en la habitación, un desastre de hotel y servicio al cliente si pueden evitarlo háganlo.

Solo que el personal es amable

Cons:

La cama mas dura en la que he dormido en mi vida, en la entrada hay un bar por lo que hay escándalo hasta la madrugada, nonparecw que le den mucho mantenimiento a nada. Con esas condiciones no deberia costar mas de 300 pesos una habitación sencilla
