Very fatty and need maintained

I stayed here Saturday August 30 thru Tuesday September 2 with my son and had requested a room with a bed and a pull out couch. Upon arriving I knew it was an older motel but did not expect the conditions nor the lack of basic toiletries provided to me. The room only had one bed so that was incorrect from what I paid for and reserved. There was no other rooms available for me so only option was to move a bed and frame from another room to accommodate us. Good thing my son moves furniture for living! So because of this my so called "resort fee" was refunded which i was content with. However, only 1 towel was provided to me at check in with a cheap bar of soap absolutely no wash clothes for 3 day stay! The lady tried her best to find another towel for my son which she did and a set of sheets for the bed he had to move. There is cracks all in the walls, barely a shower curtain hanging, only 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 days and the refrigerator was nasty at the bottom as the room had a small cooking area with stove and sink. Some dishes were already there but no dish soap to wash them. I had to go and spend 30 dollars on 2 beach towels to have due to the lack or linens provided for our stay. In addition to realizing this place houses long term guests that are involved in prostitution and drugs. Several doors down from where we stayed is two ladys that live there and has a man with them that yelled, screamed, and threatened another on the phone over his money. Would never go back

The room was not the way it was pictured online. There was only one towel for two guests, there was a broken stove top that said the burner was on. It was very uncomfortable and not how I imagined the trip being at all. I am very disappointed and not happy with my stay one bit.

This hotel was hotel was so cute. I will stay again. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The area is everything you want it to be planning another trip soon.

I have a LOT to say. First off, don’t book here. The pictures are NOTHING like what you actually get. While yes, a little dated but close to the beach, I said why not. Well… when we got there, the lights weren’t working well, dirty, the TV didn’t work, the wifi didn’t work, there was no hot water the entire stay. The room looks run down and unkept. Broken outdoor future that looks like they were trashed hand-me-downs… time of operation is incorrect on website. No manager on property all weekend… no sense of urgency, then there was a massive fight going on at 6:30am not allowing us to sleep, then someone reprimanding a dog “ supposedly it’s a service dog” next to the door, someone smoking “grass” in or around the room which the smell seeped into our room. This was a horrible experience. If I could give negative stars I would. Not sure where these “great stay” reviews are coming from because this is NOT it. All they have going for them is that they’re walking distance from the beach. I’m waiting to hear from someone to let me know if they would minimum refund me for a nights stay due to the circumstances listed above…

There were lots of roaches in the kitchen at night time and some of the lights did not work only the kitchen light.

The place was a disaster! This is just a terrible hotel! We arrived at 4 pm and knocked on the reception door for a long time to find at least someone who would check us in. Then after all, they gave us the keys to our terribly dirty room, but to our great disappointment there were no towels or blankets in it, later they explained to us that someone allegedly stole our towels and therefore they would not be there!!! For a family of three, after long discussions, they finally gave us one blanket and one single towel for three!!!!! And another amazing fact, before checking in a week in advance, I notified them that we needed parking and we were ready to pay the $20 per night they indicated and asked to reserve a place for us, to which they replied that there would definitely be parking. In fact, upon arriving at the place, we were told that there was no parking and where we would park our car was our problem. and we had to argue and persuade them to find us a place for another half an hour, at least the one where the administrator is parked (who leaves there at 6 p.m.) in general, if you really like to live in the dirt, without service, without parking and without towels, then you definitely need to go there!!! oh yeah, and the cherry on the cake: all night until 3 a.m. a crowd of people from the neighboring room were shouting and drinking alcoholic beverages at our door and there was no way to drive them away until we said that we would call the police!

The pictures online are AI edited. The rooms are in poor condition, and not very clean. The fan had two out of four blades, the tv sucked. The stove was broken, and the walls are so thin. A family of about 7 people stayed next to us screaming all night long. It was probably one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at. I think it’s for sale, they need to knock it down. No shade to the front desk receptionist she was polite. She allowed me to choose the room. I said
It was fine at first glance, but it really wasn’t. If you’re gonna stay here, bring your own towels because they only give you one.

No toilet paper no towels office didn't have extra toilet paper or towels so embarrassing I will never ever stay there again and I will make sure all my friends and family knows about this place horrible I would love my money back

Horrible place! Dirty, does not look anything like the pictures. Mold in the bathroom & no fire detector, everything in the kitchen dirty.

The Television was not working. There was no toilet paper either and the internet was not working. I payed for it but wound up NOT staying there

Property not correctly pictured on Expedia website. The only thing good about this property is the fact that it’s 1 minute away walk from the beach and boardwalk

Five Stars!!!!

We checked in and only had 1 towel. That was ok for the 1st night since i typically pack extra towels from home. There was used soap left in the shower. When i went to the front desk to request and extra towel...the lady at the desk acted like i was not a guest at the hotel. She asked which room i stayed in and i told her. She told me i could fo find the housekeeper to get me a towel. i never found the housekeeper and never got an extra towel the remainder of my trip. :( Disappointing service.

Nothing

I have no idea how a place like this is even open for business and I was also sorprised that I found it listed on Orbitz. Not only the facilities are in terrible conditions, the rooms, furnitures, wall, outdoor areas but also we were left with 1 towel for 3 people and no sheets or covers for the bed for the first night even after requesting those items. I had to cover my son with the beach towels we took from home.
