I was very disappointed to be refused accommodation despite showing evidence of reservation.
Cons:

The hotel would not honor my booking. The duty receptionist refused to receive payment from me, claiming they were not aware of my reservation. They claimed not to be made aware that I had made a reservation with them. I was thrown into total confusion as I had not made an alternative arrangement. I don't live in Abuja, so I had nowhere to go. I had to settle for an accommodation that was way above my budget.

It’s relatively clean

Cons:

The rooms have a toxic smell, something about soak away issue. The smell is very bad and in the room. My wife vomited twice and they are still painting the facility while guest are there. The staff especially the receptionist are very rude. No good customer service.
