It’s relatively clean

Cons:

The rooms have a toxic smell, something about soak away issue. The smell is very bad and in the room. My wife vomited twice and they are still painting the facility while guest are there. The staff especially the receptionist are very rude. No good customer service.

Pros:

One of the light at the side of the bed was broken and the other is not working. The water is rushing very slow. The breakfast are horrible. No option and come late. One towel got stained as a result of Fanta I was drinking and they ask me to pay 5k. The worst experience since am in abuja

I liked their house policies and the fact that the room was really spacious and clean

Cons:

After paying that much for the room, it was also disappointing that to get an empty plate, cutlery or cup you had to pay. I paid as much as 1000 naira for an empty plate as I needed to eat something my friend brought for me. They also didn't have a microwave to heat up anything

Cons:

They didn’t clean my room for the duration of my stay cause I didn’t ask . I expect as I’m stepping out it’s cleaned automatically.
