Pros:

The location was a bit challenging to get to but once you are familiar with the routes, it is absolutely lovely and quiet.
The restaurant menus were a bit limited from what they said they had but the available food were awesome.
Overall I had very quiet and peaceful stay with all amenities and good hygiene.

Cons:

That the toilet has no bidet.

Exceptional
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is new, quiet, clean, and has spacious rooms. Whenever there is a power failure, the generator kicks in. The staff were good, very responsive, and treated me kindly throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was also great. To be sincere, the price does not compare to the quality of service provided.

I was very disappointed to be refused accommodation despite showing evidence of reservation.
Cons:

The hotel would not honor my booking. The duty receptionist refused to receive payment from me, claiming they were not aware of my reservation. They claimed not to be made aware that I had made a reservation with them. I was thrown into total confusion as I had not made an alternative arrangement. I don't live in Abuja, so I had nowhere to go. I had to settle for an accommodation that was way above my budget.
