Excellent stay.
Pros:

The property has an excellent position near subway and trams , so very easy to arrive anywhere in the city. The room is very clean and for the single room you will have a double bed , not a small one . Also the staff is very supportive and friendly. Overall was a great experience. Thank you!

Posizione centralissima, hotel riservato in un palazzo signorile, molto pulito. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo riposato davvero bene.

Cons:

Il lavandino è davvero troppo piccolo ma per il resto nulla da segnalare!

Pros:

We stayed in a superior room..And we loved the place so much, it felt like home... It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities.. Because the building is old, there was a slight musty smell, but it wasn't too bad and measures were taken to prevent it; personally, we didn't mind... We especially want to thank Noémi; she was so friendly, so sweet, and so helpful... We will definitely stay here again on our next visit...❤️

Cons:

Perhaps there could be a few more personal care products, like slippers and toothpaste...otherwise, we didn't see any other shortcomings...
