There were 26 stairs to the lift which was not noted on the website, which made access difficult for an elder guest. Also didn’t feel safe based on the door locks and distance to fire exits. Non responsive management to a partial refund due to the access issue

La ubicación

Cons:

La Tv, no pudimos verla ya que no estaba bien configurada, que aunque solo la queríamos para la hora de dormir un poco viendo algo tranquilo, no pudimos hasta el último día que nos dieron bien la clave, se que es una tontería y que no necesitábamos la TV al estar todo el día de turismo, pero hay momentos que te ayuda a dormir
