The staff at CoCo Grande are the best, they treat everyone like family. It’s clean, quiet, and relaxing. It is dated but that gives it character. Traffic would be the only negative factor but that is a problem all over the city of Dumaguete.
Very near silliman university which was the venue of our convention
Internet suddenly went off in the middle of the zoom meeting. Staff didnt help and instead just told me to have the merting in the lobby

Generally there was no hot water for showers, water in shower only trickled and it took a long time to rinse off the soap. Wifi did not reach to the room. These problems are purposely hidden from visitors and booking.com should make an effort to provide clarity on these problems.
Rooms are looking dated. Assigned room was dark and gloomy
Hotel is so outdated. Needs a renovation. Smell is really bad, window curtains smells terrible. Lobby and spa smells mold.. only the good thing is the staff is really accomodating and friendly. Staff is only the positive thing in that building. Nothing else.
We have been coming here for years. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious classically furnished rooms. Excellent breakfast and good shuttle service.
The bathrooms are unfortunately deteriorating rapidly. Very dirty shower heads full of limescale and black mold, I am a bit afraid of Legionella. These need to be replaced urgently. The shower room itself needs to be renovated.
Low water pressure each morning not enough water to flush the toilet!
