A little gem, staff were excellent, so helpful and friendly. Food was excellent, a really good breakfast. Rooms had everything needed..
The lift at the start, its nickname is the sloth, and very good reason, but ended up making me smile in the end.
The staff, especially Jason and Ciara, were so friendly. A very warm reception from them both. The room was spacious, clean, well decorated and warm. The breakfast was amazing thankyou

The room we stayed in was very large family size room. Massive bed and a single bed. Both quite high if you are small. Very comfy though. The ensuite was large with a shower. Hand rails and a seat in the shower for people with mobility problems. The breakfast choice was good for meat eaters or vegetarian.
Only the lack of topping up of shower gel, toilet rolls, clean towels and coffee sachets.
The staff were friendly and the hotel room was very clean. Breakfast was lovely but service was extremely slow.
We waited 40 minutes to get our breakfast on our 2nd day. That was after chasing the waiter/waitress twice. There was only 4 other tables in the dining room so I couldn’t understand why the delay.
The food was amazing
Our room was at the front if the hotel and traffic spoilt our nights sleep.
I liked the friendly, welcoming service of the staff.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff were lovely..my room was absolutely freezing like baltic...id to ask 5 or 6 times during my 2 night stay to please turn the heating on. No answer on reception either.
