They charged me twice, but later they realized the mistake and proactively reached out to resolve the issue, which was quite honest of them. However, when I checked in, I found that the bedsheets and duvet covers hadn't been changed, and there was even hair on the bed... It was absolutely disgusting.

The room itself was clean and properly maintained but the bathroom was a bit dirty since there were a lot of hairs stuck in the drainage of the shower which lead to the water not draining properly. The sink worked but was standing pretty loose on the ground and the air extraction fan started to squeak badly on my last day. However the staff was really friendly and helpful and overall the stay was pleasant

The staffs were amazing specially front disk in the morning, Andrew. He was very helpful. Breakfast was great. The hotel is far away from centre. Need to take two trains to city center. Train station is 400m from Hotel. Hotel is super clean.

Ada hotel is one of the best places we stayed in This hotel is very clean. The breakfast is phenomenon the front desk and everybody are most welcoming everybody at the front desk. Speak English perfect place to stay with the family. We love it. I will give them 10 out of 10.

It's a shame we were only there for one night as we had an early morning flight to Khiva as it's a wonderful place. The taxi from the airport was arranged via the hotel and the boys who drove us were great to chat to and very friendly and helpful. The room itself was beautiful and although we were only there a short time it was one of the most comfortable rooms in our entire Uzbek stay! highly recommended.
