El lugar es muy tranquilo, esta excelente para descansar inmerso en la naturaleza y la selva yucateca. Las carpas estan muy limpias y bonitas.

Son emplacement en pleine forêt est génial, on est vraiment isolé de tout. Les Glamping sont très confortable et rendent vraiment l’expérience incroyable. Le personnel du restaurant est adorable idem pour le spa.
Le personnel à la réception ne parle pas anglais ce qui rend la communication très difficile. Ajouté à ça Ils se sont trompés sur le massage que l’on avait demandé et avait oublier de retirer la somme prépayée sur notre facture finale. Pour un hôtel de ce standing c’est quand même très regrettable.

We loved everything about the property
I think once the weather gets hotter, the tents would be a bit much without air conditioning. So I would keep this in mind when booking your stay . It was comfortable for us at the time we went which was the last weekend in February.
The spa prices are very high even compared to 5 star around the world standards. The spa facilities were lovely and a massage would be peaceful there no doubt, but because of the cost, it’s something that I think most would consider unjustifiable. If they were even 750-1000 pesos less I think they would be fully booked . Also at the current rate even if you booked a service because the price is so high it doesn’t leave much room to offer a tip for service .
One thing that needs tuning was we didn’t receive our coffee service on Sunday which was inconsistent with the rest of the week . Which stands out when you consider where the level of this resort is .
Very unique experience
It was on our way from Merida to bacalar, perfect stop - otherwise it’s nice to go intentionally.

El lugar, la naturaleza, las habitaciones, la atención del personal
Calidad precio de los alimentos. Que tengas q pagar más por visitar sus otros cenotes
Que no haya agua fría disponible en la habitación ni se pueda conseguir en cualquier momento, es época de fuerte calor. Es necesario un frigobar para esa zona.
El lugar es un sitio maravilloso donde se respira paz. Los atardeceres desde la torre son de 10. El cenote también es espectacular y se puede disfrutar de él en privado. Toda la gente que nos recibió fue muy agradable.
Preguntamos el segundo día si se podía poner una lavadora porque llevábamos ya muchos días de viaje, nos dijeron que si. Cuando vamos a hacer el checkout nos querían cobrar 80 euros (1600 pesos mexicanos) por poner una lavadora algo totalmente desproporcionado. Les dijimos que si ese era el costo de poner la lavadora deberían avisarlo porque no nos pareció un precio razonable. Al final tuvimos que pagar 40 euros como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor cuando sigue siendo desorbitado. Nos quedamos con sensación de que se nos estaba timando
Muy mal sabor de boca para terminar el viaje
Me gusto mucho las clases de yoga y meditación, el personal super amable. Todo bien.
En el área de la fogata se podría hacer alguna actividad
Es ist abgelegen, viel Ruhe, viel zu tun.
El Glamping es espectacular y las actividades incluidas como el Mirador, la visita al cenote Amil, la clase de yoga la meditación de sound healing, una hoguera con mashmellow para Los ninos.… espectacular. La visita adicional al Cenote Jade merece la pena. La comida está rica
Por poner una pega el servicio de restaurante un poco lento y si se acumulan mucha llegadas como tienen que usar carritos para el transporte se puede retrasar un poco
