تعامل بعض الموظفين لم يكن بالمستوى المتوقع من حيث الاحترافية وحسن الخدمة. كما أن الغرفة كانت تعاني من عدة مشكلات، أبرزها رائحة قوية تشبه رائحة المجاري، وإضاءة ضعيفة، إضافة إلى ضعف العزل الصوتي، مما جعل أصوات الغرف المجاورة مزعجة وواضحة.

Pros:

Clean, modern and well maintained. Staff is very professional and helpful.

Cons:

AC was not always working properly (thermostat was faulty). Master bedroom’s bathroom door kept getting stuck.

Excellent. Whenever I'm in Istanbul will stay in this hotel.
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff, including the manager. The apartment was excellent, with all amenities provided. It is situated close to Nisantasi, which is within walking distance.

Cons:

The one thing I missed was the glass-bottled drinking water. The room had drinking water provided, but the bottles were plastic.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transportation. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Overall, the service exceeded all expectations, and every detail made our stay comfortable and memorable.
