Ein schönes kleines Hotel, das zum Relaxen einlädt und auch eine gute Lage hat zwischen Lagune und ADO Terminal.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind im hübsches Design ausgestattet. Uns hat der Poolbereich gut gefallen. Lädt zum Relaxen ein. Das Frühstück ist lecker, könnte aber mehr Auswahl und Umfang haben.

Un excellent séjour à Bacalar
Pros:

Le personnel est très compétent et réactif. Une mention particulière pour Abril qui s'est inquiétée en permanence de notre confort et de notre satisfaction.
La chambre est refaite tous les jours.
La piscine est bien entretenue. L'hôtel est très bien situé par rapport au centre village et par rapport aux points de départ des attractions.

Cons:

Rien à part le coq et les oiseaux très matinaux.. mais c'est la nature 😀

All together was a pleasant stay exploring Bacalar lagoon and doing bit of kayaking at sunrise and relaxing in the after
Pros:

Cute nicely designed little boutique hotel in Bacalar only a few minutes walk to the beach club and water

Cons:

Property itself is fine . Of course the properties adjacent are very poor and old as one expects in Mexico !
Stayed 2 nights (Sat/Sun).

Location good, but very expensive for what you get considering your also staying Mexico and not Europe.
Pros:

I liked the location a little outside of the center and close to the lagoon. They are also connected to the YAK Hostel and you can use their pier for free which is nice since the hotel itself isn’t connected to the water.
Also the staff is really helpful and friendly and does a perfect job!

Cons:

It was very overpriced. The breakfast wasn’t at all as advertised. No fresh fruit - even though they grow this amazing pineapple in the area besides other fruits. The bread is limited to 2 slices per person. If you want any coffee except filter you have to pay extra. For this amount of money I really expect something else.
I also had to change rooms bc the first one had mold and I have asthma - had a horrible night. The staff was friendly and I could change to another room, but also was not offered anything as an excuse.
I felt like someone just wants to make money with this place…

Perfecta estancia y perfecto trato
Pros:

La ubicación es genial, los chicos que trabajan allí son encantandores, el hotel está limpio, los desayunos están buenísimos y te dejan bicis para que conozcas Bacalar !!! Volvería siempre que fuese a Bacalar

Calme, proche de la lagune et du centre mais les équipements ne sont pas à la hauteur.
Pros:

Le coin piscine était beau, et l’emplacement était très calme tout en restant à environ 10 minutes à pied du centre.

Cons:

Nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude et le personnel n’a pas pu trouver de solution. La douche n’avait pas de pression également.
Le lit était trop petit et nous avons trouver le matelas trop dur à notre goût.
La carte du petit déjeuner est toujours la même chaque jour, si vous n’aimez pas les œufs bon courage !

Hotel très agréable pour une visite de Bacalar
Pros:

Hotel très mignon au calme. Chambre jolie et bien aménagée avec beaucoup de rangement. Cours de yoga proposé, piscine agréable et très bon petit-dejeuner. Personnel très sympa.

Assolutamente nulla

Cons:

Rispetto a ciò che la struttura offre, i prezzi sono assolutamente fuori misura.
Il bagno della camera da letto è talmente attaccato al letto stesso che quando ci si fa la doccia, è inevitabile bagnare tutto il pavimento.
La piscina è sporca e minuscola, oltre al fatto che ci riesce ad immergere al massimo fino alle ginocchia.
I lettini intorno alla piscina sono sporchissimi, con escrementi di uccello ovunque mai puliti.
Al bar non trovi mai nessuno, abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti per avere un bicchiere d’acqua, tra l’altro, in dei bicchieri sporchi.
La colazione non presenta nessun cibo dolce, per non parlare del fatto che si ha modo di avere massimo due fette di pane per persona (cosa folle) per quanto abbiamo pagato.

Mooi hotel met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf in Bacalar!
Pros:

Locatie, vriendelijk personeel, fijn zwembad en lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

De kamers op de benedenverdieping zijn een beetje gehorig bij het ontbijt en de zitjes bij het zwembad.
