Heerlijk hotel, echt een aanrader!
Pros:

Het hotel heeft heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie en heeft een heerlijk zwembad. De bedden waren goed.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, we hadden nog wel langer willen blijven :)

Avant notre arrivé Le personnel nous a confirmé qu'il y avais un scooteur de disponible à notre venu finalement non... le petit déjeuner est moyen pas vraiment beaucoup de choix.. Je pense que l'hôtel ne vaut pas son prix

We hebben bij aankomst een andere kamer toegewezen gekregen met een rieten dak. Je hoorde hierdoor dieren over het dak gaan en alle lawaai van de straat waardoor we niet konden slapen. Daarnaast was er geen kluis aanwezig. Personeel gaf aan dat dit opgelost zou worden, maar we hebben er niks meer over gehoord. Hier moesten we zelf achteraan weer. Ook de deur sloot niet waardoor we onze spullen niet veilig konden opbergen.
Dit allemaal zorgde ervoor dat we een nieuwe kamer wilde. We kregen de kleinste kamer toegewezen, terwijl we voor de middel kamer hadden betaald!! Na dit aangegeven te hebben was het wel mogelijk.
De hygiëne was niet goed, er zaten vlekken in de lakens en gordijnen, de fietsen waren slecht want de remmen deden het niet, de banden waren lek en de zadel zat veel te hoog. Het ontbijt viel ook heel erg tegen. Je mag maar 1 broodje kiezen en als je nog honger heb mag je 2 sneetjes roosteren waarbij je alleen de keuze hebt in boter of jam. Hierdoor verlieten we met honger het hotel en moesten we elders ontbijten, terwijl we hadden geboekt incl ontbijt. O ja en een latte is wel inbegrepen maar cappuccino niet. Dat snap ik ook niet.
Al met al, zeer teleurstellend verblijf gehad en ik zal het niet adviseren.

Hôtel très beau calme et accueillant
Pros:

Très beau hôtel pas très loin du lagon mais calme :) la piscine est super et beaucoup d’emplacement pour se reposer au soleil. Les chambres sont bien, on apprécie globalement l’ambiance boisé et épuré.
Des tours sont disponibles auprès de l’hôtel et pour les tacos vous pouvez aussi demander à l’hôtel ou directement sur le WhatsApp local (que vous trouverez dans les taxis).

Worth the splurge
Pros:

Such friendly staff! And the whole property was so lovely. This was our splurge on a nice place after months of travel and we loved it! The town is really walkable, so everything is close.

Superbe hôtel pour séjourner à Bacalar, je recommande!
Pros:

Le personnel est adorable et très aidant! Ils vous aident à organiser vos excursions, à contacter des taxis et à vous conseiller pour passer un séjour mémorable.
L'hôtel est très bien placé, dans un quartier très mignon et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité.
La piscine est très agréable.
La chambre est propre et pratique.

Cons:

Les transats de la piscine n'était pas très propres et ne nous donnait pas trop envie d'y rester.

Ein schönes kleines Hotel, das zum Relaxen einlädt und auch eine gute Lage hat zwischen Lagune und ADO Terminal.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind im hübsches Design ausgestattet. Uns hat der Poolbereich gut gefallen. Lädt zum Relaxen ein. Das Frühstück ist lecker, könnte aber mehr Auswahl und Umfang haben.
