Prima verblijf
Pros:

Voor het doel van ons bezoek (WK voetbal) een toplocatie tussen stadion en Fan Zone in. Prima ontbijtbuffet, (sport)bar waar alle wedstrijden werden uitgezonden, mini markt, gym, zwembad.

Cons:

Kamer voor 3 personen waarbij 3e persoon op bedbank lag. Deze was niet opgemaakt bij aankomst en er was ook geen linnen voor. Het linnen werd gebracht, maar bed moesten we zelf opmaken. Bedbank was ook niet comfortabel. Ik ben 1,68 en moest al diagonaal liggen. Poolbar was gesloten. Jammer, maar logisch aangezien wij de enige in het zwembad waren.

Location was great close to the zoo.

Cons:

Need more pillows, need plastic cups for the little ones and we asked for 2 towels but we never received. Needed a microwave had little ones i was not going down stairs with little ones.

Exceed my expectations!!!

The location was close to our medical offices we were visiting. The breakfast was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff that are not reliable and accountable. You make a request to have your room cleaned at 7:30am and letting them know you are back from cancer medical appts at 3 pm, and room still not cleaned. Their excuse, they are fully booked. My answer, if a Hyatt can't handle a fully booked capacity, then management needs to be reviewed. They should have up their staff during busy season and not use that to not fulfill their service. So now I know if they are fully booked, service is reduced.
