My stay was comfortable
Pros:

Overall the experience was different since it was my first time in Houston. The breakfast was delicious and hot. Many assortments to choose from. Friendly yet helpful staff.

Cons:

I didn't like when I first arrived and had to held a $250 deposit because I was staying 5 nights. On the app stated a $50 deposit, which I understood but didn't state per night. Also, I didn't like the fact of paying $15 per night for parking especially if I'm staying there. However, Mr. Knowles was very helpful in sorting my complaint. A very pleasant yet above and beyond individual.

super comfortable, great layout, pool area was just what we needed.

Very quiet and comfortable stay.

Beautiful stay. Loved it.
Pros:

Location was great. Parking was good. Coat atmosphere. Outdoor lounging by swimming pool is a great offer for customers. Gym was well equipped and spacious.

Cons:

Breakfast could’ve been a bit healthier. Salads, steamed veggies, choice of egg preparation - boiled, fried. Cooked as opposed to fried foods especially crispy fried. Etc.

Bathroom: wash hand basins upper hidden rims were filthy. Cleaning just surface clean isn’t really good enough.

The same with the toilet rims. You could tell that the cleaning was being carried out on the surface really well but that extra touch for hygiene purposes was disappointingly not there.
