Pros:

Sehr schönes Design, etwas ausserhalb, perfekt für kleinere Kids.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung etwas teurer, aber für CH Verhältnisse normal.
Essen im Restaurant hat uns nicht so gefallen, das ist aber je nach Geschmack unterschiedlich also keine Kritik…eher Meinung…aber Frühstück war super.
Sonst alles top:-)🔝

Loved every moment of staying at the hotel. Felt like home. Super clean. Beautiful view and friendly staff

It was surrounded by beautiful mountains. It was super clean. Very friendly staff. Loved the crafted wooden cows. Food was delicious. Everything was amazing. My kids loved it. We will definitely stay here again. Small present (wooden cows) was also amazing. Loved everything about the hotel. Highly recommended

I wish hotel had an airco.

Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und das Bett sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Essen (Fleischteller pro Person 56.-- zu viel für was es gegeben hat) und ebenfalls die Aktivitäten, Ice Minigolf und Erlebniswelt, für Hotelgäste zu teuer. 10.- wären ok.

Pros:

Great location, room was clean and nice, and the majority of the staff was awesome.

Cons:

The manager of the restaurant upstairs on the 3rd floor of the hotel (was wearing a light pink blazer jacket when we were having dinner on Monday,
December 15, 2025) ignored our table and asked every single other families at their table how their service and experience was. She walked right past our table and avoided eye contact. She was the only one that made us feel as if we didn’t belong there, however we don’t allow other bitter humans to ruin our vacations simply because they’re upset we’re living a life they aren’t. So, we didn’t make a scene and enjoyed the rest of the staff that were nice and hospitable to us. We never went back up to the restaurant to eat for the rest of our stay. We know our ethnicity definitely played a role in how she treated us.

Ein Erlebnis für Gross und Klein ;-)
Pros:

Für uns hat alles gepasst - wir haben aufgestellte Mitarbeiter erlebt, die Kinder liebten die Rutschbahn im Zimmer und natürlich auch die Erlebniswelt "Kuhniversum" - die angebotene Führung war sehr spannend. Auch das Essen im Alfred's und im Rosa's hat gepasst!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Restaurant Besuch kann ich jedem empfehlen, reservation wird empfohlen. Würden bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt dieses Hotel buchen.

Freundlichkeit. ..... von Personal.... Essen hervorragend.... die kleine Bar zur Selbstbedienung..... den Rundgang zur Ausstellung und die wertvolle Familien Geschichte, .... so wie unsere Familie das auch hat.

Cons:

Das ganze Hotel nur in drei Farben..... BETON, Holz ist in Ordnung, und SCHWARZ, SCHWARZ, SCHWARZ bis hin zu den Wänden, Flur, Kaffee Maschine und Bier Zapfhahn.... ich weiss nicht wer da Freude hat an der SCHWARZEN FARBE:.... zu dem als Gast mit Platzangst, ..... absolut nicht zu Empfehlen. Da bist Du in einem Zimmer mit dickem Holz vor dem Fenster eingesperrt. .... ich könnte ein Buch schreiben.
