Pros:

The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. I let them know the kettle in my room was broken and they delivered a new one within minutes. The night manager kindly booked me a taxi and carried my luggage to the car. They went above and beyond.
The room was very comfortable and clean. I’ll definitely stay here again!
