Kurzer Aufenthalt - wohllfühlen
Pros:

Das schwarze Badezimmer fand ich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Die Betten waren super - weich und gemütlich. Eine Decke für zwei war ungewohnt, hat aber gut gepasst.
Frühstück war lecker und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Brot war besonders gut und frisch gebacken.
Leider gab es zu wenig Parkplätze und keine geschlossene Abstellmöglichkeit für E-Bikes.
Schade das man die absolut schalldichten Fenster nicht öffnen konnte - angesichts der Klimaanlage aber sinnvoll.

Pros:

Happy with the hotel overall however the road was not usable outside so getting the hotel was an issue and we had to go around the back via a very bumpy and broken road. The room was fine however the windows did not open at all. The key card stopped working so everytime we went to our room we had to go back to the reception to activate the card again. Apparentley it was something to do with the weather which is what we were told.

Pros:

The property is clean & mostly well maintained with parking available in front of the hotel. There is a wheelchair lift outside making the property accessible. There is also an on-site restaurant but we did not eat there.

Check the deadbolt on your door as soon as you arrive. The deadbolt on my door was broken which i did not discover until midnight.

The hotel is in a small homogeneous i.e. caucasian town. When my son & I arrived, i got major attitude from the front desk staff and i had to specifically ask for my son's (a person of color) passport back. Not sure why the woman was hanging on to it after she handed mine back.

They could not find my registration for 2 prepaid rooms. Only after i got nasty, did the front desk clerk adjust her attitude and suddenly find my reservations. I hate having to be THAT American, but will not be treated as if we are in the 1950s segregated South.

I spoke with the manager upon checkout, but he only provided excuses for the staff and repeatedly told me that they are not bigoted because they regularly deal with diverse guests from Ukraine & Norway.

Thankfully we were only there for 1 night! And this was the 1 blight on a wonderfully long trip to Europe that included Lisbon, Barcelona, Prague, Franconia Germany & Berlin - all of which were delightful, stunningly beautiful, and welcoming!

Stopover i Stargard
Pros:

Vi benyttede Kyriad som overnatningssted undervejs til det østlige Polen. Der er en rimelig dagsrejse dertil fra DK.
Fint, nyt og centralt beliggende hotel. OK parkering.
Eneste nødvendige advarsel: De kan finde på at lukke restauranten tidligt på aftenen. I vores tilfælde klokken 20. Så sats ikke på sen aftensmad. Restauranten er i øvrigt god.
