We felt the spa was somewhat lacking for such a large establishment. Robes weren’t provided (unless having a treatment)
Pros:

We loved the property. No faults whatsoever

Cons:

None

Not a value for money relaxing Spa, its actually a kids leisure pool, including bombing and screaming
Pros:

The Accomodation itself is very nicely done

Cons:

Unfortunately a few things made this particular stay very un-relaxing indeed, 20 kids bombing in and out of the pool in the “Calm and Relaxing spa facilities” fire alarms going off at night for no reason and the whole building evacuated in the freezing cold for 20 mins until staff turned up and said it was nothing? It felt over subscribed to be honest.

Check what you’re booking
Pros:

Clean and modern

Cons:

Didn’t appear as it had on social media. All of the normal apartments do not have lake views. They’re really small and don’t have basic items such as a fridge. As it is an apartment on a site, similar to places like centre parks etc then a fridge is a necessity.

Pros:

First time visiting here, even though we only live a shortish distance away. Can't believe we haven't been there before! Such friendly helpful staff. The room was immaculate, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely return, as we want to try the Spa facilities.

Me and my friend stayed here for one night. It was lovely, we really enjoyed it. Was very relaxing and felt exclusive. W
Pros:

Very clean
Spa included in your stay
Very private and quiet
Aesthetic is lovely

Cons:

Nothing if I’m honest
But if you’re staying you must book a reservation in the restaurant. It gets very busy, so breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Pros:

If you want a couple’s weekend in a suite, avoid The Lakes by Yoo. It’s eye-wateringly expensive with serious flaws, despite a few highlights. Yes, the fit and finish are high-end—furnishings, appliances, bathrooms, deck furniture—and the welcome pack and arrival impress. The site’s architecture, including the spa, is exquisite. That’s where praise ends. Our ground-floor suite sat in an apartment block. Its entrance opens onto a tiny corridor shared with two hotel rooms. Those rooms have solid doors; the suite doesn’t. Gaps around the frame let you see the corridor from the living space, so noise floods in and privacy vanishes. A stranger even walked into our suite, apologized, and fled—unsettling and hardly secure. Service felt off throughout. In the restaurant, staff were slow to greet us, the tent was cold, and small plates and salads were below gastropub level. Staff focused on packing down rather than guests. The spa looks great but execution wobbles: we booked the same treatment and got different focus areas; the pool zone was stiflingly hot. Overall, it feels like a stunning residential development trying—and failing—to bolt on a hotel. Almost nothing is included; even firewood and a high chair cost extra. Activities are absurdly priced. Cheaper hotel rooms don’t face the lakes, so why visit a lake resort with no lake view? I can’t recommend it—not for a suite, nor a day at the restaurant or spa. Many Cotswolds alternatives offer better quality, service and value.

Good but not worth it. One time experience only.
Pros:

Beautiful location, lovely property, nice interiors and views.

Cons:

TV wasn’t working, restaurant is really bad and room service doesn’t exist. Housekeeping is not there and for this price one expect these small things as it’s not an Airbnb.
