Pros:

I thought the hotel was lovely, the staff were excellent (in the main) and the food was really great.

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the inability to have a glass of wine with dinner - we had to buy a bottle instead which was inconvenient .

We also could not have tap water , which was freely available in the morning (and for guests of some ski companies) so all other guests were forced to buy expensive bottles of water - adding €50-60 for guests staying for a week. It seemed to be a blatant attempt at getting more cash from guests and very out of sync with the other experiences in the hotel. If they fix this I would not hesitate to recommend .
