The location was a little bit in question because you had to like walk up a hill to the hotel. Location was a little bit scary. The breakfast was basically coffee fruit and yogurt could be with more better with eggs.

Esta anunciado como con parking y tuvimos que pagar $700 por un parking publico. La calle no tiene banqueta en partes y tiene dificil acceso. Muy mal hubicada y no es un hotel, es una casa.

La ubicación, la atención, la comida y la vista desde la terraza hacen una la estancia en casitas miramar

Respecto a la atencion lo recomendaría mucho, únicamente que el desayuno que ofrecen nada tiene que ver con lo que en relidad te dan, solo nos picaron fruta, pan integral, mermelada y cafe, supieetamente era desayuno continental, pues en ningum dia nos dieron el plato fuerte (huevo y frijol o huevitos con jamon, etc.).

Potential customers should be aware, room B is on the ground floor in the front of the building on street level right next to the main entrance. The bed is on the same wall as the main entry corridor, which is really loud. Also, being right on the street you hear all the noises outside. When we were there it was surprisingly loud all night long, with people walking and playing music on the sidewalk right by our room.

The entry door (from the corridor) to room B is glass, with glass windows on each side and above. There aren't any curtains, so light from the corridor comes into the room all night.

We brought up our concerns and asked to be moved, but received a message there weren't any other rooms available. We never saw any other guests, and breakfast in the morning was empty of other people. There isn't a front desk, so all communication with the hotel is through Whatsapp. After our initial request to move, the hotel ghosted both us and the hotels.com representative. We never heard from them or saw them again.

Alsp, a new multi-story building is under construction next door, so it's really loud with construction noise during the day and there's no vehicle access.

Overall, it was an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience, and I do not recommend staying here.

Construction noise and falling materials from project next door. They did not break for siesta. Jackhammers and metal cutting 20 feet from our patio? 8-6. I wouldn't stay there until that highrise is complete. Host did not care. Definitely not worth the price.

My staying here was awesome. I love the accomodation more than I thought. Especially the view on the rooftop was stunning. I had breakfast with that view and sunshine.. feels really good..even in the evening.
And the staffs were so kind.. I really appreciate their kindness. Thank you!!

Construction next door was very loud and not relaxing. Unable to use the facility’s due to the constant noise and dust

The only peaceful day is on Sundays other than that construction from 8 am to 6pm all other days of the week. There was no mention from the listing that this was an issue as we would have not booked for two weeks.

The room itself was good and clean but all the good was taken over by the construction next door with no end in site

Loved this apartment, the people who care for it and the authentic neighborhood away from crowded tourist areas. The construction dies bring a wake up at 8 am and there are sometimes gentlemen drinking and spending evenings on the corner. Inspite of thise negatives i loved it and would live to stay again.

My apartment was spacious and well-appointed with charming details. My "room" had a full kitchen. It was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the beautiful courtyard and common places. The place is unassuming from the outside and in a "real" neighborhood, yet just a quick walk from downtown and the malecon. Would be perfect for a longer term stay. This is a great deal!

With ongoing condo construction next to the rooms one must bear with constant noise and dust

D was a really beautiful modern studio with a full wall of glass looking out on a patio. The upstairs patio is lovely with an ocean view and a place to make and or drink your coffee every day.

room smelled A LOT like paint when I arrived. I messaged and no one responded. Location is OK. I think you can find better places for the same price. PV has a ton of places. It was not a bad place just smelled really bad of paint. It was nothing to write home about. Very modest place. It was close to the Malecon but a few blocks into the more modest areas. It was a bit $ much for what it was in my opinion.

Clean and thoughtfully equipped property! I'll definitely return, hopefully the next door construction will be complete soon because the daytime noise and dust is not ideal.

Après avoir passé un mois dans divers Airbnb et hôtels à travers différentes villes du Mexique, j’ai loué ici pour 4 jours, et cela s’est avéré être le meilleur choix en termes de rapport qualité-prix. Le seul inconvénient était le bruit provenant d’un immeuble en construction à côté, mais cela reste temporaire. Pour ceux qui apprécient le côté artistique de cette auberge, avec ses fleurs et son design soigné, c’est un excellent choix.
